Mucho cuidado ellos les harán firmar un documento que dice que no son responsables de su vehículo estacionado en su parqueo el cual me robaron mi carro y al final no me rembolso nada , la policía nos mandó a salir del allá y en fin lo que queríamos que fueran unas buenas vaciones en familia fueron una pesadilla

Dear Nonaliza,We would like to sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience you faced due to the loss of your vehicle while parked at the Hotel. We truly sympathize and share your frustration. Although our lot is under 24 hour video surveillance and constant patrols of our lot are undertaken the occasional incident does occur. This type of incident is not isolated to our Hotel as Montreal in general and the airport area is affected. We work closely with the local authorities on prevention and assist in their investigations and to avoid these type of occurrences.Again, we sincerely apologize for the terrible inconvenience due to the loss of your vehicle.Sincerely,

The hotel was nice. but we have to make the sofa bed, they told us that they didn't had that service, we arrived late and tire and we have to leave to the airport at 4 am and we had to make the sofa bed when we arrived I didn't like that

Muy confortable
Muy cómodo hotel en términos generales, habitación muy amplia con camas suaves que brindan un placentero descanso. El personal siempre está atento para ayudarte y el que cuenten con vehículo para traslado al aeropuerto es ideal para asegurar una llegada a tiempo a tu vuelo. Hay un mall cruzando la highway y un Walmart bien cerquita para dotar tu frigobar.

The hotel rooms are quite noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep and often waking up with a headache. Additionally, the service desk staff were not very helpful or accommodating when we had requests. Furthermore, they required a $250 cash deposit upon check-in, and at check-out, they made us wait for an extended period of time while they inspected the room for any damages or missing items. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again.

This was a last minute booking and we were looking for a location that was family friendly and convenient for us. We stayed on the 15th floor and had a king bed. The best is super comfortable. The amenities are very convenient. I would book again for its price and location.

Nothing negative.Room nice,clean had a great sleep on a very comfy bed.Too big a room for what I needed, coz all I really needed was a single room for good nights sleep, which I had.Hesitant of their parking though, as you need to sign a form as they say issues do happen, so parking is not so secure. Otherwise all good! Was a treat for me.

I was only here one night for work. The room was great and clean. The bar was trendy and had super cold beer and iced glass. I used the gym in the morning before work and it is really big for a hotel gym.

Everything at the hotel was great. Our sink didn’t have hot water, but that wasn’t the end of the world. I called for early check in and spoke to someone named Kacie or Kacen- absolutely zero help and made it seem like my call was an inconvenience. I was just curious if there was a fee for early check in - and was told depends when I arrive. I said I’d be 30 minutes and asked again and she said “are you not understanding me?” As someone who works in customer service I was taken aback by that comment. Upon check in, I dealt with another lady who was very helpful, happy, and friendly. Very glad my first interaction didn’t set the precedent for our night away. Not sure if we will be back or not based on that - time will tell.

Booked this hotel as a family of 5, rooms can definitely accommodate us but as soon as we arrived (9pm from our of town) we had to call to have maintenance come up because the toilet wasn't working. Then we noticed after that the bathroom door doesn't lock. I don't usually pay attention to if the hotel offers some type of continental breakfast because we have stayed in many many hotels and have always had a continental breakfast, very disappointed that this hotel doesn't offer anything, you have to dine at the restaurant. Only thing that was nice about this hotel was the nice heated pool, but then after swimming for maybe 20 minutes it started to fill up with people because there was a "swim class" being held, so we felt as though we had to leave. Definitely won't be staying at Doubletree again.

Room was clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. First night, TV remote didn’t work. Too tired to deal with front desk. Luckily I could change the channel and volume directly on the TV. In the morning, in the shower, realized the shampoo and conditioner were empty. That evening, was looking forward to ordering food and beer to our room to find out the hotel restaurant was not serving food on Saturday evening. Annoyed that I had to try several places the front desk offered before just using UberEats. Got great sleep and a delicious cookie but not much else.

Excellent facility and great front desk service. Swimming pool is great. Only thing that the Hotel have to fix and check is that there are private swimming classes on the swimming pool with lot of kids and parents (grand parents). Kids, instructors and parents are all nice, but hotel guests cannot swim freely because private swimming classes for kids for hours. The Hotel should not allow this. The others are all wonderful.
