- Check-in is available at any time after 4:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. You can request to arrive before 4:00 p.m. or check out after 11:00 a.m. for an additional fee, but we cannot guarantee this request :)

- You must indicate at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet; otherwise, the booking may be canceled without a refund.

- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of $500. But since I’m cool, I only allow e-cigarettes :)

- If a late checkout or damage results in a direct refund or a discount on your next reservation, you will be required to pay that amount.

- If you notice any furniture or amenities in the apartment that are not working or are broken, please let us know within 24 hours of your arrival. Otherwise, the complaint will not be considered.

- When you make a reservation with me, you agree to all the apartment rules listed above.
