We enjoyed our visit. One of us used the sofa bed and found it comfortable. We loved the patio and terrace. Despite being on a Main Street, weekday mornings and evenings were quiet.

Great location and property

We had a great stay! The neighborhood is wonderful and we really enjoyed the outdoor rooftop spaces the property had to offer. Clean and great communication - would stay here again!

Convenient and reliable

This unit was a great option for multiple days with my teenage daughter and I. The communication with the Unique Stays team was really great. Even though we arrived late in the evening, everything with check-in was exactly as advertised.It was extremely convenient to do laundry in the washer and dryer that was located just outside the unit in the hallway (for free, soap and dryer sheets provided). Wifi was reliable, beds were comfortable, shower/hot water were great, and everything worked as advertised. No complaints, no problems!P.S. The Sherbrooke Metro station is a very short walk away. We walked to/from the station with our suitcases straight to the unit.

Lovely spot in central location

Great communication, really easy check in. Such a well appointed apartment, the company that runs this spot has paid a great attention to detail. Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies, coffee and tea, cleaning products, etc. The blankets in the living room were a really nice touch for hanging out. My only complaint was the pillows were all very fluffy foam and made for sore necks for both side sleepers who visited. Adding a second density of pillows as options would have made this entire experience truly excellent.

Great neighborhood

Well kept property just minutes from the Metro, everything within accurately described. Despite the huge snowfall the weekend prior, and the closest parking garage inaccessible due to road construction, we were able to find on street parking nearby with little difficulty.Would definitely stay there again.

Great place, great location

We came in for a long weekend in Montreal. We had a car and parked it by the metro which was a block or so away, but there was a nice place to pull over and drop our luggage right at the door. The apartment is very nice - exactly as described - with everything we needed. The back patio would be lovely in a better season, but the living room, bedrooms, kitchen were cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants, patisseries, pubs, and shops. We ate well! The metro was super convenient and we made good use of the 24 hr pass that cost 11. But we walked a lot of the area as well and felt very safe. We didn’t have any issues, but it was nice that the hosts checked in via vrbo message to make sure we were fine. This is a great place, and the location was very nice. All of us agreed that this would be a nice place to come back to if we were in Montreal again.

Girls’ trip

Property was lovely, comfortable and in a great area. Easy to get anywhere. Very inexpensive garage parking nearby. Everything as described. Unless you need the bathroom in the middle of the night frequently, the bedrooms upstairs were nice and quiet. Even in the fall, the back patio off the living room was relaxing.

Great spot!

Cool neighborhood! You could walk to lots of restaurants, shops! Porch and rooftop patio were awesome features. Two nights was not enough, wish we could have stayed a whole week!!

great location, cozy space

This was a very cozy place to stay in a very nice neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and a park nearby. For the most part it was very quiet, and the patio is nice as well. Would recommend!

Good Space in Amazing Location

We parked the car in a garage across the street for the entire weekend and enjoyed exploring the city with easy access to transit, biking, parks, and unique neighborhood spots. Getting in to the apartment was easy and it came equipped with everything we needed - the back patio was a wonderful perk.

Comfy and well equipped

A charming little place with a well-equipped kitchen and quiet, comfy bedrooms. We were very happy with everything and would definitely book this unit again. Be aware -- the stairs to the bedrooms is very steep but there's a good handrail.

A Taste of Old Montreal

Great location with all sorts of ethnic food in the area. Short walk to Metro. Ton else within walking distance. Reasonably priced long-term parking within 12 minutes. Owners responsive and exceptionally helpful. My wife and I love Montreal, and this was a great place to visit it from. Unit attractive and surprisingly quiet with direct access to nice deck. Bonnes choses!
