Lovely spot

The bachelor was clean,cute and in a perfect location. Communication with the manager was quick and efficient.A microwave would be a nice addition though.

Great stay and location

This is a small yet well furnished space, ideal for 1 person. It is ideally located on St. Laurent. Close to great shops, restaurants and less than 10mins away from the Orange Line. I would recommend.

Cozy place to rest up

This was the first time we had visited Montreal, and had the pleasure of staying at this location. It has quite a small space, but enough to make it feel cozy. We enjoyed being central to the city and able to walk a ton of places. Parking is extremely limited. We'd love to stay here again in the future!

Lovely stay in Little Italy

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this fun and funky Little Italy mini studio. I stayed for a week and truly felt like it was my home away from home! The studio was clean, comfortable and fully equipped with easy access to public transportation. The neighborhood was also safe, walkable and had lots of great cafes, shops, markets, and restaurants. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again on my next Montreal vacation.

Three-day trip to petite italie

I have almost no complaints about this place! The location was perfect, and I suggest using clicknpark to keep your car in a garage. There is an indoor garage 10-15 min walk away from the apartment we used. The place has good blackout curtains and the noise level was good considering we are right next to the street with bars and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and responsive! My ONLY complaint is specific to the room we stayed in, 301, the bed was extremely squeaky and would make noise at the slightest of movement which was irritating. I would stay here again.

Adorable efficiency apartment In Little Italy

The apartment was immaculate and tastefully designed. Despite its small size , it had smart storage in the bathroom, kitchen, beside the bed and a closet. It was very comfortable. The hosts were immediately responsive to all my inquiries. They allowed us to store our luggage at the office until the room was ready for no charge. And they gave us free access to a washer and dryer including soap, which we really appreciated. My only issues are that the bed is very squeaky, and the corners of the bed frame are sharp. One has to be very careful moving to the window side of the bed that you don't smash your shin on the corner of the bed. I thought the bed was comfortable but my partner thought it was too soft. We recommend Corneli, the Italian restaurant across the street for Gluten-Free pizza and pasta.

Perfect homebase for city exploring

Really have no complaints about our stay here. It’s in a great location surrounded by amazing restaurants and was clean and cool during a hot few days in Montreal. It is quite small so it’s not necessary somewhere you would want to hang around in for a long period of time, but it’s got everything you need.

During the online check DEN STAYS requested a guarantee of 500Can$ with a Visa card which has not been announced no where. This after I have paid fully my stay. My bank account had been debited of the amount. After, DEN STAYS credited my account of the 500 can$, but debited it again. I was obligated to send to them an official bank statement to see the amount sent back in my account. The check in on line there are used with the scan of your ID, the selfie etc is not working well and you don’t have anyone to talk to and you can get any information to access the appartement if you didn’t go through that step successfully. It’s not fair as you are not aware of all these burdens when you are choosing the appartement and making your payment online.

This was our third stay at this property. It is located two doors away from an excellent restaurant, Ratafia, owned by our son and his partner, and only a few blocks from their Petite Italie home, so the location is perfect. It is a short walk to the wonderful Jean-Talon market. Communication with the host was outstanding. Keyless entry is great. A microwave would be nice

Nice condo but parking nightmare

This is a very nice apartment for a single or a couple. It is compact, but clean and very functional. There was no direct meeting with the owners, but they were responsive to communications. However, there were some coordination issues regarding early check-in and late check-out. The condo could use some instructions on things like use of the coffee pot and TV. For example, I found out that there is no live TV available, although there are some apps available for news and weather (and Netflix). The biggest issue with this apartment is lack of parking. There is only on-street parking, which is hard to find at some times, with a limit of 3 hours during the day. So if you want to go somewhere in the city during the day, you are time constrained (I got a ticket). Overnight parking is easier, and free, but I got a ticket shortly after 8am with the meters listed as starting at 9. The parking patrol apparently is quite active.
