This apartment was perfect for a four-day visit to Montreal with two couples. The location is fantastic. Very close to bars, restaurants, shopping, parc Mont Royal and transportation. The kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful.

The property was very nice. Had everything we needed as far as soaps, shampoo, and other supplies as well as coffee. We did not use the kitchen much, but it was very well equipped.The beds were comfortable. Location was awesome with coffee, shops, restaurants, a beautiful park and other amenities very close. We walked all over Montreal and this location was central.There was construction outside of the townhome, which was a little inconvenient, but nothing against the property and short term.Communication was awesome, which was very helpful because we were coming in late and the instructions were extremely clear.NiceProperty

Lots of restaurants are in the area and it is super convenient to get all around the city from here. Weekend street noise can be a little bit loud so just bring your ear plugs. The third floor deck was delightful

The place itself was fine, but the host was incredibly unhospitable and unapologetically rude. Part of our group returned the first night to find the key missing from the lockbox, and when we contacted the host they asked us why we left the key in the box (because our group was splitting up and we didn't know who would come back first), accused us of misplacing the key, and claimed that no one else had the code. As we were in contact via email (they did not answer the phone number provided), the tenants in the other unit of the building walked up, equally confused, and said they were provided the same code for the same lockbox. When I asked for an apology from the host for the accusation, the host lied, saying they had asked the neighbors to check on us and again doubled down on the lie that no one else had the code. Insane gaslighting behavior. They also charged us extra to add a fourth guest weeks before the trip, when the space is listed as being able to host 10 guests with no prior mention that group size had any impact on the price of the stay. And to note, one of the "bedrooms" was clearly a converted space with a sliding door that wouldn't stay closed, the tub in the main bathroom leaked water all over the floor, and the doors to that bathroom was also a sliding door that barely provided any privacy.

Quaint spot

Our family enjoyed our stay at Plateau Mont Royale. The kitchen was incredibly stocked and made any cooking we needed to do very easy. We never had any issues with the Wi-Fi and it was nice to be within walking distance of a grocery store and the fantastic Mont Royale park. Our only challenge was no on site parking. We ended up using a lot suggested by the owner which was about a 5 min walk from the house.

Great Location

With four bedrooms (2 on each floor) along with living and dining rooms, it allows a family to have separate spaces along with gathering spaces. The process was easy and the communication was great. The location was ideal as there were many restaurants that are walkable, and you are not far from downtown. When not walking or biking, you will want to plan for parking. There is an app that provides locations for lots that you can walk to or inquire about options with the host. A car service may be the best way to get around.

Clean and Comfortable

Our group of friends (there were 5 of us) had a great stay at this property! Four of us each had a bedroom and one slept on the pull-out couch. The owner was very responsive when I had a question about check-in. The property was clean and everything was easy to find.We walked out the front door and all over the city! There are so many restaurants and shops to explore. It was about a 30 minute walk down to the river. We also walked through the McGill campus and the nearby park. It was all so beautiful!We parked for the weekend at a nearby garage.I would definitely recommend this place for a jumping-off point to explore Montreal.

Appeared newly renovated, exceeded our expectations based on VRBO listing. The kitchen had everything one could possibly want - high quality dishes etc and a plentiful supply. No shortage of linens either. The rooftop terrace was a bonus and we could even see the cross on the top of Mount Royal. It was purple now because the Pope had died.

Lovely Time in Montreal

A group of friends met up in Montreal. We had a great time, and while a couple of issues were brought to the attention of the host, they were minor for us. The host was a great communicator, and welcomed feedback on our stay after we left. The place itself felt very comfortable and inviting, though the entry stairwell meant it's not accessible to everyone. There were a lot of shopping options within easy walking distance for a couple of things we forgot, as well as places to eat. It was a great stay, and while there were a couple of minor maintenance issues, the place was clean and well-kept. Furthermore the host was very understanding and good at communicating, which I consider to be more important anyway.

Montreal condo near park

We rented the two story condo for a family trip. There were 5 of us, all adults. The condo was lovely, clean, with multiple balconies. It had the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. It was clean and cool with AC. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. I could not say anything bad about this listing. We had a wonderful stay there and would return again!
