My villa is close to public transport and the city center in a very quiet location near the sea and 1km from the Etang de Thau. My house is perfect for hosting couples, families (with children) and large groups.

Very beautiful spacious villa of 120 m² in residential area the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment and all the crockery with a scullery with a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a tumble dryer, there are four bedrooms with double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.
And especially the terraces without vis-à-vis equipped for 8 people to enjoy the barbecue, the hammock and the nice weather during the day.
Street side, there is a terrace to defend it take advantage of the evening sun
the villa is equipped with a desktop computer made available with a high speed wi-fi internet connection

The villa is very accessible: located 5 minutes from Frontignan train station and 3 minutes from Sète, with parking in front of the house and two minutes' walk from the town center and shops.
Other remarks

The rental is all it's charges are included.
You will be asked for a certificate of insurance from your insurer for your period of residence of the villa which is free for you, (you just need to request it from your insurance broker).
A deposit check of 1000 € will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure.
