Comfortable luxury chalet with airco in the South of France, Parc le Duc

Our luxurious and comfortable 4/5 person holiday Chalet in the South of France can be rented at Parc le Duc.

Do you already see yourself sitting, with a glass of wine in your hand, in the exuberantly shining sun on the veranda, enjoying the view of the large garden. At chalet Jadorel you will experience the real holiday feeling!

Via Route du Soleil you drive inland from Montpellier, this beautiful area consists largely of hills with forests and many vineyards. After half an hour's drive you will arrive in the middle of beautiful nature at the Parc le Duc holiday park in Vacquières (Languedoc-Roussillon / Herault), where our holiday chalet is located in a large garden of almost 500 m2 with its own parking space.

Parc le Duc is a spacious, quiet Dutch recreation park. You will find a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, restaurant, football field, tennis court, bowling alley, playground and table tennis table. During the summer holidays there is also animation for the little ones.

You can start the day with wonderfully fresh croissants, because during the holidays every morning a baker drives his van through the park with croissants, (baguette) bread and pastries and on Mondays there is a pizza baker with his delicious take out pizzas . Several supermarkets are a 15-minute drive away and within half an hour you are at the sun-drenched beach of the Mediterranean or a large city such as Montpellier, also known as the Paris of the south.

The layout of our chalet, suitable for 4 adults and a baby / small toddler, is:
- spacious living-dining room with a 4-6 person dining area and 3-person couch;
- fully equipped open kitchen with a. a. gas hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, kettle, Philips Senseo and toaster;
- two bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed (140x200) and 1 room with two single beds (80x200). These rooms are separate from each other, on either side of the chalet and both have a ceiling fan. There are also electric blankets and radiators for the days in the year that it is a little cooler;
- bathroom with shower, washbasin furniture with mirror and design radiator
- separate toilet;
- air conditioning (for both cooling and heating);
- free WIFI.
- In the large attic of the chalet you will find things for general use such as, among other things, sun loungers, hammocks, space scooter, scooter, tricycle, camping / cot, high chair, beach chairs, sun umbrellas and mats.

Outside you will find a lovely large wooden (partially) covered veranda of 30 m2 with a garden table with 6 chairs, a large gas BBQ and a washing machine. Because of the size of the garden you always have plenty of sun and shade spots throughout the day.
