Peaceful Poolside Escape

  • This luxurious Villa is located in the picturesque village of Montouliers, comes with 4 large enough bedrooms for 8 persons to live in and has a private swimming pool. It would be recommended to families together on a holiday. The location is near to town centre and hence is close to the shops and restaurants. If you're a keen traveller for history, nature, adventure and wine, you're at the right place as you are close to the rivers, lakes, and the golf courses, sea beaches and water sports are all within 30 km range. This villa is completely renovated and affords living in an expansive area and with comfortable furnishings. The spacious terrace area will let you have a wondrous view of the nature outside with furniture.The lovely living room comes with a kitchen and bar. Apart from these, you have a whole lot of amenities from barbecue and pool to parking space and fenced garden.

Heel erg fijne woning met al het nodige comfort. Top verfrissend zwembad om na mooie uitstappen in de omgeving even af te koelen voorafgaand aan avondje in één van de vele gezellige dorpjes van de streek, waarvan Montouliers er trouwens zelf ook eentje is 😉.

Erholsame Ferien in ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr netter Empfang. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Check-in und Check-out total komplikationslos. Pool wurde von den Kindern rege genutzt. Ausflüge in der Umgebung haben gute Abwechslung geboten zu entspannter Familienzeit. Viele Schlafzimmer und 3 Duschen waren perfekt für uns als Familie. Alles war sehr sauber. Super Küchenausstattung. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber!

Sie sind abgelegen und sehr ruhig. In 9 Minuten haben Sie eine Intermarche. Im Umkreis von 30 bis 40 Autominuten gibt es mehrere Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Die Vila selbst war sehr gut, der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es in den Zimmern keine Klimaanlage gibt. Der Mann aus der Villa ist super freundlich.

Views, Views and more Views

This property is ideally situated in Montouliers and has everything we needed for a fulfilling and memorable vacation for our family of 3 for a 3-night stay. A short car drive away to the beaches of Narbonne and even shorter drive to top quality restaurants in the area. Oh, and did I mention the pool! While enjoying the pool, take time to look around the surroundings - the views are breathtaking. The property owner (manager) Gerard did everything he could to assure our stay was complete and memorable. We loved this place and it was hard to leave! Thanks Gerard!!

Wir wohnten mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Teenagern im Ferienhaus in Montouliers. Alles, was wir brauchten, war wie beschrieben im Haus vorhanden. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr zu empfehlen und gepflegt. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber sehr herzlich empfangen. Er antwortete sofort auf unsere Nachrichten. Das Dorf Montouliers ist ein sehr ruhiges Dorf mit einem örtlichen Geschäft/Café mit einem freundlichen Empfang an der Straßenecke. Supermärkte und Bäckereien finden Sie in den umliegenden Dörfern im Umkreis von ca. 4 km.

We zijn zeer goed ontvangen door gastheer Gerard die ons welkom heten in zijn prachtige verblijf. Na een korte uitleg stond er een flesje wijn en wat olijfjes klaar. In de periode dat we er verbleven (eeste week van augustus 2022) was het wel bloedheet in de regio. Het huisje heeft geen airco maar door de ramen en de shutters dicht te houden kan je de warme temperaturen wel buiten houden. Het bijbehorende zwembad zorgt natuurlijk ook voor voldoende verkoeling. In het dorpje zelf is er niet veel te beleven maar je bent op enkele km van de omringende dorpjes waar er leuke restaurantjes en winkels zijn. Ook een bezoek aan de vele wijnhuizen is zeker een aanrader. Voor ons was het verblijf alvast zeer aangenaam en we komen hier zeker nog eens terug.

Lovely house and pool in pretty village

We had a great week here-used the house as a base to visit Carcassonne, castles, beaches and valleys/gorges with some river swimming on the way. The house is well equipped, clean and with a big pool. Gérard (owner) is very friendly and accommodating, living nearby. Very happy to recommend this house!

Heel mooi zwembad met mooie terrassen op verschillende niveaus met 3 schaduwluifels. Propere bbq. Ruime privé afsluitbare parking. Heel vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaar. Goede ligging, mooie omgeving met voldoende activiteiten & bezienswaardigheden. Zelfs n dagje strand ligt binnen de mogelijkheden. n Aanrader voor gezellig verblijf met familie of vrienden.
