Perfect family/friends getaway!

Great property, and one of the most thoroughly stocked VRBO locations we’ve ever stayed at - from the kitchen/cooking/dining items (even an almost a full spice rack!) to bathroom items (eg. hair dryers, cue tips, etc) - this place had everything. Smooth check in, responsive host/property manager, great hot tub and fire pit area,. It was perfect for our family of 5, and our friend’s family of 4. Plenty of room for all, ample sleeping arrangements, 3 full baths. Incredible. We’ll be back!

Secluded home

Overall it was a good place to go if u want to just get away from the city. Definitely a quite area but once you go about 15 mins away to monticello it Definitely starts to become more of a small city vibe. The only negative remark i had for the place was the fact of having cameras on you while in the hot tub. I understand why its there for security and safety reasons but Definitely a bit wierd. Thanks

Nice enough

Nice location, pretty drive through park & woods. Kitchen could use serious upgrade with better pots & pans - oven was dirty causing smoke throughout house due to grease burning off - multiple fire alarm triggered. Microwave small and greasy as well (we didn't use). Fireplace worked as expected and living areas comfortable

Comfortable Family Retreat

Our group of eight stayed for a week at Lee’s place before heading back to school and work. The house is spacious, in a quiet wooded area and very well equipped. The lower level is perfect for teens to spread out, play games and watch movies. We enjoyed sitting outside on the spacious deck with coffee each morning and a glass of wine in the evenings. Communication with Lee was excellent, thanks again!

Women's week away

The property had everything we needed as a group of women looking to get away for a little R&R....lots of beds and bathrooms and plenty of places to gather and hang. Close to a marina where we rented a boat for an afternoon. We saw a show at the nearby Forestburgh Playhouse and had a great dinner too at Solaia. Nearby hiking and festivals to attend. Plenty of areas to play cards and games. All in all we had a great stay.

Men's Getaway

We were a group of 5 and we really enjoyed this house! Everything was so clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries including shampoo and conditioner! The kitchen was well equipped. Thankfully there is a Walmart nearby where we could grab some groceries. The beautiful and serene environment was very relaxing and enjoyable. We grilled our food and ended our evenings with a bonfire. We were very entertained with the pool table, and the mini theater room so much so we didn't even venture out to do nearby activities! The host, Lee was very responsive and very helpful in suggesting things to do in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this house, and I intend to come back.

Catskills getaway

We had 7 adults on a golf and casino weekend stay. Had a great time and would come back anytime. Close to shopping and golf. We had a great time.

Excellent vacation home

Great property for families, plenty to do indoors during the winter. Easy check-in, clean property. Appreciated attention to details such as USB chargers on the bedstands. Easy communication with host. Stayed very comfortably with group of 7. Highly recommend.

Great place!

Four-day getaway with visiting family members

We were looking for a place to stay while our family from California was visiting. The place was large enough to accommodate two families with four teens comfortably. There were amenities, including billiard table (which we used) and a screening room with projector (which we didn’t get a chance to use, sadly)

The perfect home base for a mountain getaway

This house is one of the most well-stocked and clean rentals I've ever stayed in. Plenty of room for a dozen people. Easy drive to many Catskill towns.

Family Gathering

The property was squeaky clean! The minute we walked in, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the space! We were gathering with family we had not seen in a while it it was perfect for space and comfort. We had everything we needed from sidewalk chalk, pool table, comfortable beds, a fire pit, sleds, fireplace, outdoor space, dishes, etc. Our weekend getaway felt like a great and much needed vacation! Nice Play to stay in upstate NY

The rental was as it was advertised and the property manager was very responsive and easy to work it. We had no issues at all at the property and the kids loved the pool table and home theatre. We will be using this rental again in the future.

Memorable family trip

This place had it all literally. It was comfortable for our family group of 10 ranging from 2yrs old to 72. The property is gorgeous, spacious and so homey. We were all rarely on our electronics and enjoyed each other's company. Plenty of dinner ware, utensils, pots and pans. BBQ grill was a huge plus. Child safety gate at top of stairs was great but a bit difficult to open and close and the rugs could be tapped down on the corners to help prevent tripping. Excellent rental! A must with the fam next year! Thanks Lee.

Winter Trip in the Mountains

Family Get away
