    For indoor fun, venture downstairs to our game-packed recreation area. Challenge friends to a round of pool, ping pong, or an arcade showdown, and end the day with a cozy movie night in our theater area with projector and surround sound. Comfort is paramount here, with three inviting bedrooms, including a master suite with a remodeled bathroom.

    Located in the heart of the lower Catskills region, our home is just a short trip away from exciting local attractions like the Holiday Mountain, Casino, Waterpark, Breweries, and Bethel Woods. And, for your convenience, we provide kayaks, canoes, life jackets, and floats to enhance your lake adventure.

    For a small additional fee, your furry friends are welcome to join the fun and make your stay feel more like home.

    Guests have full access to the property, with the exception of the shed and the downstairs bathroom closet.

    Please note:

    - We welcome pets for an additional $50 fee per pet.
    - Ceiling heights in the rec room and 3rd bedroom are 7ft.
    - Our theater seats are super comfy rocking chairs.

Our stay at this beautiful lake house was everything we had hoped for and more. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment.Communication with the host was exceptional throughout the entire process. They were kind, responsive, and made everything effortless, which gave us peace of mind from booking through checkout.What made this trip truly unforgettable were the memories our family created together. We spent hours out on the lake enjoying the paddle boards, kayaks, and floats, laughing and making the most of every sunny day. Evenings were just as special, gathering together to watch the breathtaking sunsets over the water. Those simple moments—being on the lake, soaking in the peaceful surroundings, and spending quality time together—are memories we'll cherish for years to come.We're incredibly grateful for such a wonderful experience and can't recommend this lake house highly enough. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to relax, reconnect, and make lasting family memories, this is the perfect place. We would absolutely love to return!

Peaceful Retreat

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. It was quiet and peaceful, and the house was spacious and well appointed. Would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of all the lake has to offer!

Amazing Experience

Came with a group of girls for my sister's bachelorette. Had an amazing time and the house was beautiful! Appreciated the host's quick response to my questions.

Nice place with a great view and we had a fun time. However, rough around the edges for an expensive rental....smelled musty/mildew, second hand furniture, 3rd bedroom was unusable in the smelly basement.

The smiles and laughter said it all

If you like "LAKE LIFE" than this place is for you. My wife and I wanted to take our adult children, their spouses, our 4YR old granddaughter + 3 small dogs somewhere fun for our vacation and this place filled that request. My granddaughter summed this up at the end of the first full day there, "THE BEST VACATION EVER!''

What a view

Went up for a bachelor party with 9 guys. Very spacious and fit everyone perfectly. Views speaks for itself. Very great getaway and would go again in the near future.

Lake paradise

As soon as you drive into the property, all you see the beautiful lake. Once you step inside all you see the beautiful lake again but from the large windows that overlook the lake. Beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked, so many activities, and the best part is bringing our dog! Treats for the dog, coffee for the family. Easy to find. We had a blast! Thank you Tabitha for all the communication!

Tons of great amenities

We had a great weekend on the lake in this house . It offered a ton of great amenities which made it a fun weekend without having to travel much . Pool table, ping pong , movie theatre , hot tub , boating , paddle boarding , kayaking , and fishing in the lake were tons of fun with all the necessary supplies provided . And of course swimming !!! The fire pit was a great way for us to chill at night and my kids had tons of fun playing twister and taboo . We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend . Look forward to going back !!!!!

We rented this lake cabin over the Fourth of July weekend, and while the location was beautiful, the property fell well short of expectations, especially for the 3,500 weekend price.Our biggest issue was the refrigerator. At a minimum, guests should be able to expect that a vacation rental’s refrigerator will keep food at a safe temperature. Ours did not. It barely stayed cold enough to keep our food chilled, and we were genuinely concerned about food safety throughout the weekend.The lengthy pre-arrival message detailing damage fees for virtually every item in the house set an unfortunate tone. Instead of feeling welcomed, our group spent the weekend anxious that any minor mishap may result in additional charges.We also found the surveillance camera overlooking the back deck uncomfortable. While a front security camera is understandable, having one monitoring the area where women are in bathing suits felt highly invasive.The basement bedroom mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and should be replaced. We also spent nearly 90 minutes trying to get the projector to work because the Chromecast remote wasn’t functioning. The deck has areas of rotting wood that need maintenance (splinters). We were surprised that the listing specifies a pool but there was no pool. The check out instructions were lengthy. The property has a great location on the lake and potential, but the condition of the amenities and overall guest experience did not reflect the premium price.
