Welcome to your lakefront Catskills escape, designed for families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy year-round recreation.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including two king suites with private ensuite bathrooms. With five beds and space for up to 10 guests, the home provides a comfortable setting for your group.

The fully equipped kitchen includes the essentials for preparing meals, while the dining and living areas offer plenty of space to gather. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi make it easy to stay connected when needed.

The game room is one of the home’s standout features, offering a private theater, pool table, and arcade games for hours of indoor entertainment.

Outside, unwind in the private year-round hot tub, gather around the built-in lakeside fire pit, or prepare dinner using the grill and outdoor pizza oven. Two spacious porches provide comfortable places to enjoy your morning coffee, relax among the trees, and take in the peaceful surroundings.

Guests have access to Swinging Bridge Lake, with kayaks and a paddleboard available for exploring the water. Whether you spend your days on the lake, relaxing at the house, or visiting nearby Catskills attractions, this retreat offers something for every season.

Nearby attractions include Resorts World Catskills, The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark, Holiday Mountain, Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, local hiking trails, farms, restaurants, and seasonal activities.


Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, game room, theater, porches, private hot tub, fire pit, grill, outdoor pizza oven, and yard.

Guests also have access to Swinging Bridge Lake, with kayaks and a paddleboard available for use. A few locked closets and storage areas are reserved for the owner and are not accessible to guests.

Self check-in is available through a smart lock.


• Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $200 per-pet fee. Please notify us before bringing a pet.
• Propane for the grill and firewood for the fire pit are not provided. Guests should bring their own.
• Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. Parties, disruptive gatherings, and unregistered visitors are not permitted.
• Lake access, swimming, and use of the kayaks and paddleboard are at guests’ own risk. Life jackets must be worn while using the watercraft, and children must always be supervised near the lake.
• The private hot tub is available year-round. Guests must follow the posted hot tub rules and keep the cover secured when it is not in use.
• If the hot tub requires draining and refilling because of guest misuse, a $100 service charge may apply.
• Early check-in and late checkout may be available with advance approval, depending on the cleaning schedule.
• A refundable security deposit is required before check-in. Instructions will be provided after booking.
• This home is located in a natural, wooded lakefront setting. Despite routine professional pest control, guests may occasionally encounter insects or local wildlife. Please keep doors closed and do not leave food outside.
