"My friends and family found this to be perfect lodging for our gathering. There are 3 common areas inside the house to gather. 3 bedrooms (one with full/twin bunkbeds) and 2 bathrooms. What added value to this property is the proximity to the university (2.4 miles from the State Farm Center) 1 minute to a shopping center with a yogurt place, 6 min to a grocery store, and a neighborhood with walking trails. "Our stay went very well. We were in town to visit our son at U of I. The hotel was like 20-25 mins away from the university which was ok with us. Room was very clean and neat. Friendly service. The hotel was also located in a nice quiet area as well. Would stay again."
