The Royal Oak Hotel, Welshpool, Mid Wales
Excellent breakfast. No lift to second floor which was disappointing but staff were on hand to help with bags. Central location ideal. Staff were always cheerful and smiling which was lovely to see.

Check in was quick and easy, the room was clean but there was very little space and no coat hooks or hooks for towels in bathroom.
