We loved the house and the property. Unfortunately it rained, but it was good luck for the wedding. We had our grands over on Sunday but just to visit. Then we all went home (we live in Montgomery) since it was so cold, etc. GREAT PLACE, great owner! Everything was awesome.

We recently stayed at this property and enjoyed our stay. Host Aida made everything very smooth and her communication skills are top-notch. The home is absolutely gorgeous and the view was amazing but definitely recommend this location if you visit Lake Conroe.

Lake Conroe is a beautiful lake and this house was a fun place to stay. We loved the pool and our grandsons spent hours fishing off the deck. The boat launch was very close to the house and it was so easy to tie our boat by the launch. I must not have received the email containing information about getting into the house and the Wi-Fi code because I had to contact the host about this.however, her responses were quick and helpful. She called our first night to check on things and I always appreciate a call to make sure everything is going smoothly.

The house was very cute, very clean and as described. Location on the lake was really good in a calm cove with a great view. Pool and deck setup was nice. Kitchen, living and dining area is very nice and open which was great for enjoying a large group of people. Overall great experience, would recommend and would return.

We enjoyed our stay and the afternoon shade on the pool was so nice. The dining table was big enough to do a puzzle on one end and eat on the other. The two sitting areas was a plus. We were a group of five and everyone was able to sleep in their own bed which were all comfortable. The coffee bar was just just out of the kitchen and didn't take up kitchen counter space. We all loved the extra red refrigerator! Also the fact that the big refrigerator and freezer was completely empty and ready for all our food. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect waterfront property with a pier for us to tie our boat to and fish from. Kids loved jumping off the pier and we all enjoyed cooling off in the pool. Love how the kitchen and living areas were in direct view of the pool and lake so we could watch the kids play while cooking. We enjoyed waking up to the sun reflecting off the lake into the bedrooms. It was so serene.

We stayed here before during Spring Break two years back. Unfortunately, it was to cold to enjoy the pool then. This time, staying in August, we really enjoyed the pool. Spent hours hanging out in it each afternoon. About 5pm the sun gets low enough that the shade of the house covers the pool, making it the perfect time to enjoy the water. Really nice house. Great area. Highly recommend.

We were looking forward to a family getaway and we were not disappointed. The house was very clean and comfortable. We stayed during some of the hottest days in July and the AC never failed to maintain the cool inside, which was great after being in the scorching sun. The pool was clean, even after the mowers came and was used heavily by all. We brought two boats and had plenty of room to tie up at the dock. The location of the house gave us close access to the lake. And they do not lie about the fishing off the dock. We caught most of the fish we had at our fish fry off the dock. I have to say that communication with the owner was absolutely excellent. I asked many questions and the owner never failed to answer quickly. This is an excellent property and when we have our next family getaway they will be at the top of our list.

This is my first experience with a property manager that never bothers to reach out to offer assistance or welcome us to the property and it is definitely the first time I call a property manager and get no response. After messaging her via VRBO because never got a call back, she replied referring me to the rental agreement for check in instructions. No problem there as long as during the booking people are made aware that the property manager/owner will not be available to provide additional information or support. The reasons for the 2 star rating is as follows: - you will find wasps all over the outside pillars at the front entrance - coffee maker had a filter with coffee in it full of mildew (pic available) - furniture had stains and looked dirty (master bedroom chairs, stools in wet bar, couches in living room) - linen in closet for what is advertised as a bedroom, was stained and smelled as if it had been stored for awhile and not washed recently - area under the wet bar counter looks like it got wet and stayed wet and smells like mildew; it appears to be missing either the sheet rock on the back wall or the tile on the floor or both. It is dark and dirty under the counter. (Pic available) The listing says 5 bedrooms. We walked in expecting 5 bedrooms with people already assigned to each room. The 5th bedroom is a media room and what you will find is two single mattresses in the closet and some linen. The linen is not ready for use, at least, not for my family and one of the mattresses has a yellow stain on it. The area is beautiful and the house is large and could be very cozy but it lacks attention which makes it cold and not welcoming. The fridge with the lock in the laundry room area is too loud and takes away from the beautiful sight of the quietness experienced through the large doors overlooking the lake.
