Our weekend at this beautiful home was very relaxing and we would definitely stay again! We loved the back porch, beautiful lake views, fire pit, and all the fun extra amenities like the pool table and dart board. In addition, the hosts are fabulous to work with and were always easily accessible if needed. The experience from start to finish was 5-star all-around.

Bridal party stayed for the weekend. Plenty of beds for all and spacious kitchen. Driveway accommodates several cars. Great fishing from the backyard. Beautiful views of the lake from the house.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We feel so fortunate to have enjoyed this stunning home for a second time—and somehow, it was even more fabulous than we remembered. Everything was perfect: the breathtaking water views, unforgettable sunsets, and the incredibly well-appointed home. Every detail has been so thoughtfully considered.It was ideal for everyone in our family—from our very young grandchildren to our adult children, and certainly for my husband and me. This home is fantastic. We had an awesome time. And the house is gorgeous. Coming in the front door was breathtaking. The living room reminds me of an infinity pool. It was like you could walk into the lake from the living room when you walk in. First impression is everything. It is a beautiful home with all the amenities we looked for. We brought a crockpot Only to find out there were like three already there. And one night we had a taco bar. We found so many dishes to make it the funnest dinner we had there. They literally have everything. We had fun playing pool and darts. And we spent a lot of time on the back patio, watching boats go by, sun setting and fish jumping. Next time we have to bring a pole. And if you have a boat, you can put it right behind the house in the water. There were some visitors next door and there were very respectful and even asked me if I would come over and take a family group photo. Which I was happy to do. Thank you for being so quick to answer all our messages and request. We just felt very at home there. Very comfortable. We will definitely keep this lake house in mind for future visits. Nothing but water!!!!!!!

This house has the most beautiful water view on Lake Conroe!! Plenty of boating, kayaking, swimming and jet skiing activity to keep us entertained, by just watching it all!! The kitchen has all you need to cook and entertain. We’ll be back!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in April Sound on the lake. The home is just as described in the listing, and the owner was very easy to work with. The entire neighborhood is beautiful. The view off the back deck is lovely!

Great get away with family

Amazing property with incredible view. Kitchen was well stocked and it was incredible to have a view while cooking.The April sound neighborhood is wonderful.Communication quick via the vrbo messaging app. We had a hiccup with the emails and my replies were not received.The couch in living room 1 is suitable for children, but would not plan adults to sleep on pull out. The cushions were comfortable, but the mattress is springy, like most pull outs. There is plenty of room in that room for a blow up mattress if additional sleeping is needed.Everyone had a wonderful time and we will return if there is another occasion to get the family together on the lake. Thank you!!

Gadgets and gizmos galore

Great kitchen and had everything you needed. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is all 3 cans were full from previous renters when we arrived. There was no place for our trash. We just piled up on top of the cans. Haven for mosquitoes and gnats. I messaged the manager. Trash was still there when we left today. The stone steps were not safe to walk down. If you’re elderly, you definitely would need assistance going down. You should add handrails and a handicap accessible ramp. The property description boasts about cleanliness. Well not sure what that means. The window sill above the sink was disgusting. Perhaps housekeeping is not aware that the faucet neck can be removed to allow the shutters to open to clean. The patio was not cleaned. We called mgmt. They immediately sent housekeeping. There are many light fixtures and multiple switches to control. Took a while to figure them out. Downstairs bedroom near front door has a lighted ceiling fan. There are no switches to control light independent of the fan. My son in law unscrewed the bulb so they could sleep w/fan on. Bring your own pillows. There’s are very, very firm. VERY FIRM. Sheets are thin micro fiber sheets. Meh! Mattress was comfortable. Great views. Had fun making s’mores and playing games, swimming and boating. Other than those minor issues, we had a great weekend with family. My husband, who has terminal lung cancer, was very grateful to have this time with our daughters and sons-in-law and grandchildren.

Beautiful experience

This house is very comfortable with a spectacular view of the lake. Even with a storm blowing outside, we felt very safe and secure. Our group has rented this property several times and really appreciate the upgraded downstairs bath. Everything is spacious and luxurious. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. One accommodation we would like to see is grab bars in the baths. We are all women over 70 and this would be really halpful. Looking forward to next year.

Hands down, the best VRBO we have experienced! Smooth booking and very responsive communication. Home and grounds even more beautiful than expected, plus very thoughtfully staged for guests. Multiple comfortable places to sit and relax inside and outside. Luxury towels and high quality supplies all throughout. Large beautiful peaceful lake view! Great for a couple's getaway! Also plenty of room and seating for a group. Plan to book again!

This was by far the best house I have rented. Very spacious, amazing views, right on the water, fished a few feet from the house (and actually caught several) This house has everything you could possibly need. Will definitely be back.

We had such a great time here. We have been blessed to enjoy many waterfront properties, and this one ranks right up there amongst the best. Lightning fast communication with the manager made our stay great. It's in a very private and high-end gated community. The boat slip out front was quickly put to use with the conveniently located boat rental place two houses down. It's back and around the corner so you don't see it or hear it but it's very close when it's time to get a boat. The property was spotless upon arrival and getting access was super easy due to the conveniently located lockbox. I wouldn't change a thing about this visit. Fantastic people fantastic property and honestly a fantastic price. We're already planning a return for Christmas.
