Overall, our stay was good. However, there were a few challenges that impacted our experience. Each time we entered the community, we had to go through the security guard, and at times there were long lines at the front gate, which caused delays.When we arrived at the scheduled check-in time, the property was not ready and cleaning was still in progress, which was a major disappointment after a long journey. Additionally, when we tried to reach the property management contact listed on VRBO, the response was delayed and they asked to contact different number other than the one which is listed on VRBO.We also faced some difficulties using the remote controls for the lights and fans in the bedrooms, which was not very intuitive. Lastly, we noticed that there is no way to lock the front door from the inside except by using the key, which felt inconvenient and less secure.One additional point to note is that there is noticeable road noise from the nearby public road/bridge, which may be a concern for guests who are sensitive to noise.With better coordination around check-in readiness, clearer instructions for remotes, improved responsiveness, and consideration of noise mitigation, this could be an even better experience for future guests.
