Premium Price, Far From Premium Experience: Arrived at confirmed 3 PM check-in to find cleaning still in progress. Check-in instructions listed a keypad entry code — no keypad existed at the property. The actual entry method was never communicated. Our group was denied access, including use of restroom facilities, for an extended period after check-in time.A glass-pane French door separating the living area from the stairway was visibly coming off its hinges — a serious hazard with toddlers in our group. Reported with photos Thursday morning. Host refused a temporary baby gate, provided no repair timeline, and did not notify us when the repair person would arrive despite our explicit request. Repair came over 10 hours later. One group member missed our ceremony waiting for the unannounced visit. The door was made functional but the repair was not a proper permanent fix.Wi-Fi failed Friday evening. Host responded near 1 AM directing us to unplug a router that was not present in the home. Never restored.Police responded to a disturbance outside Friday night. A vehicle circled the property repeatedly at 1 AM Saturday playing audio with ominous, repetitive lyrics at high volume, causing significant distress to our group including young children.
