Calvin and Rachel were such amazing hosts and went above and beyond to take care of us. We used this home to have a very small wedding/celebration party on the lake and it was perfect. The house was large enough for everyone to be comfortable and have a great time. We were right off the lake which was perfect! We rented the boat and jet ski and Calvin came by when we got there to give us a run down on how everything works with the boat and jet ski which was great and a very personal touch. They were very easy to communicate with during our stay with any questions we had. The house is set up perfectly for a larger gathering and renting the boat/jet ski was truly the cherry on top! I can’t recommend this home or these hosts enough! We will ABSOLUTELY be back for another stay! Thank you for giving us the perfect place to have our special day!

Fantastic stay! Such a great space for a large group and that’s just inside the house! We had everything we could need in the kitchen, and we had more than enough toys to play with outside the house. Rachel and Calvin and very responsive and helpful hosts!

Fun in the Sun

The home and property is absolutely amazing! There's so much to do for people of all ages. We also enjoyed the added bonus of renting the Tripoon boat and had a wonderful day on the lake. This VRBO is the best place to stay on Lake Conroe!!

Friends trip to Conroe

My friends and I were extremely impressed with the property, very clean, all the amenities you could ask for and a very nice neighborhood. While the weather did not quite cooperate with us we still had a wonderful stay. The owner(s) went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. They were super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Great rental property- thumbs up with out a doubt!

Five night stay on the lake

We came out to spend some time with our Aggie on Thanksgiving and we were lucky to find beautiful Lake Conroe! There ended up only being four of us most of the time so we had many spaces never touched but it was nice to have. Rachel’s boat we rented from her was amazing! The weather wasn’t super cooperative so we’re looking forward to staying again in the future. We highly recommend!!

Perfect weekend getaway

The house was perfect for our family. We had an amazing time relaxing but the water, fished, went kayaking, watched football on the patio tv, and enjoyed nearby restaurants. There was ample comfortable seating in the living room for everyone to relax. The home was beautifully decorated and lots of information on the home & surrounding area. We will definitely keep this house in mind for when we visit the area again.

Nice stay

Stayed with my wife, son and his wife, daughter and her boyfriend, 2 dogs. Plenty of room plus some, had a 26, tritoon and 2 jet skis tied off to dock no problem. Very nice stay

A Fantastic Family Retreat—Hosts Thought of Everything!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO house! Our family of 11, ranging in age from 11 to 18, loved every minute of it. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided just about everything we could need. The house is perfectly situated with a lovely deck right on the water, offering easy access to a party pad, kayaks, and paddle boards. We especially loved relaxing in the chair hammocks on the deck. There was so much fun to be had in the garage, and we enjoyed jogging and biking in the quiet neighborhood. The beds were super comfortable, and it’s clear the hosts thought of everything to make this a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend!

Weekend at the lake

The home was beautiful and spacious for our family of 14. Lots for the children to do from games in the garage to fishing off the pier to paddle boards and kayaks. And very relaxing for the adults! I highly recommend this rental property.

Wonderful stay for our family after Hurricane Beryl

Power came on at this property the morning we wanted to arrive and I really appreciated the owner's quick responses to get the house arranged for us to check in early. The house was wonderfully spacious and the kitchen well-equipped. Appreciated the big open cabinet for pantry items and the big pots and pans for cooking meals for a crowd. Thank you for providing some basic cooking supplies - we appreciate the oils, foil, ziplocks, etc. We loved the floating party pad and the outdoor kitchen area is awesome! We found lots more toys in the garage - the mini pickleball court and shuffleboard were unexpected perks. Lots of kids life jackets available in the garage - could probably use a few more adult size jackets. Comfy beds in the rooms although the 4 queen bunks are squeaky with any movement. The only improvement I can think of is making more bathroom towels available - we had to do daily laundry to have enough clean towels daily for everyone. Oh, and the washer needs a good cleaning - it was moldy. Thank you - we hope to stay here again in the future!

Everything you need on the lake

Our family of adults, teens and young children had a wonderful times this house was fully equipped & lots of extras. It was a very clean & host was great and replying to recommendations & very nice. We’d come again for sure. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at over the years.

Great Property to spend with Family and Friends

This property was exactly what I was looking for. The property was very clean and communication with the property managers was easy, they are highly available. We went there with my family and friends, and everyone was impressed by the amenities of the property as well as the detail Rachel and Calvin had set up for our first day. The check-in process was easy, and it took me no time for access to the property, I had a couple of teens and I was not short of things to do to keep them entertained, the adults that visited were relaxing on the deck. I had a self-inflicted issue with Wifi ( I unplugged the power by mistake) and Rachel immediately answered the call and dropped by to make sure it was fixed, THANK YOU. one thing that impressed me was the labels. everything that you need to use is labeled so you don't waste time to find lights, fans, spatulas, pots and as a PLUS there are clear instructions on how to operate the gas grill as well as how to get around the neighborhood. Thank you, Rachel and Calvin for all your work to make sure we had a great time at Lake Conroe.

Wedding weekend

I got married at a nearby venue and instead of blocking hotel rooms off, we stayed at Mrs. Rachel’s property. She was very attentive and easy to contact. House was clean and the listing was accurate. Beautiful home.
