The space
Welcome to your modern lakeside retreat! This newer end-unit townhome offers extra privacy, open-concept living, and beautiful reclaimed wood accents.

The Main Level: Features a bright, airy living area, a half-bathroom for easy guest access, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, modern appliances, and a reverse osmosis drinking water spout right at the kitchen sink—perfect for filling water bottles and brewing fresh morning coffee. A laundry nook with a full-sized washer and dryer is also located downstairs, all running on a whole-house water softening system for your comfort. Step out back to a private, fully fenced backyard featuring a spacious deck, a beautifully designed rock garden, and a relaxing water fountain.

The Upper Level: All bedrooms are located upstairs for maximum privacy. This includes a spacious primary bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, plus two additional upstairs bedrooms that share a full bathroom located in the hallway.

Parking: Please note that there is no garage access, but the private driveway easily accommodates two vehicles. While you may see neighbors parking on the street, community security actively issues fines to guest vehicles parked outside of driveways. To avoid citations at your own expense, please utilize the two driveway spaces exclusively.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive, full access to the entire townhome, the private fenced backyard, and the two-car driveway.

Additionally, guests have the opportunity to access the exclusive April Sound community amenities, including the pools (with both adult and kiddie options), the Clubhouse restaurant, fitness center, and golf course.

Please note: The Country Club requires an additional fee and a signed short-term tenant agreement for guest access. Because the community requires processing time, amenity requests must be confirmed with us at least 7 days prior to your arrival so we can ensure everything is set up for your stay.

Other things to note
Please review these important April Sound community regulations before booking:

Boat Ramps: Per POA regulations, short-term renters strictly do not have access to the community boat ramps.

Golf Restrictions: Standard guest fees apply to play. Tee times are subject to availability and restricted to after 1:00 PM (unless checked with the pro shop on the day of play). Renters do not have access to the putting green, practice area, or driving range.

Tennis: Court reservations are subject to availability and can be made up to 24 hours in advance; standard guest fees apply.

Club Check-In: All guests age 18 or older must present an approved photo ID in person at the Club reception desk to collect temporary access cards. All club services must be paid for at the point of sale via credit card (no cash or room charging privileges are permitted).
