In one word – fantastic.The property was lovely and perfectly located. The provided toys—kayak, paddle board, indoor games—were a big hit with the group. The back patio stretching toward the water was the icing on the cake. Boat rentals and grocery stores were just a 10-minute drive away, which made things even more convenient.

Wonderful Home & Family Fun!

We had such a lovely Memorial Day weekend at this beautiful home, full of fun toys and activities to take advantage of right on Lake Conroe! 180 degree view of the lake and awesome sunsets couldn’t be beat. We took advantage of nearly every activity, paddle boards, fishing, golf, tennis, pickleball, community pool, and darts to name a few. Sure enough to get us nice and tired before tucking into the comfy beds. Thank you so much for offering your home! Laura

Just as advertised..terrific

We came for the weekend for a wedding and had multiple families at the house, eight people in total. The game room was fun. The views were spectacular. We had everything that we needed in the house in terms of accessories. The renters were fantastic and responsive.

Great vacation!

We had a great time on our trip to Conroe. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. The kids loved playing in the game room! The host was very quick and responsive to any questions we had. Location is awesome, quite, friendly neighborhood. Close to several marinas and lots of restaurants.

Best End of Summer getaway

My family had a great end of summer getaway, despite the fact that it rained probably 75% of our stay. This lake townhouse was very comfortable for our family/friends of 10. Lake activities (swimming, paddle board, kayaking and fishing) is our jam and this house and location was absolutely perfect for all of that.

Excellent Lake Spot

Great stay. House was just as described. Beautiful views from everywhere, spacious rooms, and plenty to keep the whole family entertained for a week. Hosts were very communicative, answered all questions quickly, and made sure everything was satisfactory throughout. House had tons of activities to keep us busy when we weren't out doing other activities. Game room with arcade games and other games, outdoor games, paddle boards, kayaks, hot tub. Really we could've stayed at the house the entire time and not gotten bored. It was our first trip to Lake Conroe, and this house made it a top notch vacation.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Our family had a great time hanging out together here to celebrate my daughter's birthday weekend. This is a beautiful home - well kept, clean and stocked with essentials. It definitely lives up to the name - House of Views. We enjoyed all the views while taking advantage of the hot tub in the cold weather. The bunk room / game room was perfect for the kids. They lounged out the entire time - playing games and watching movies. April Sound is a quiet neighborhood with lots of places to eat nearby. The hosts were extremely kind and quick to respond to all of our questions. They really made us feel welcome - before, during and after our stay! We can't wait to come back again!

Great Place to Relax on Lake Conroe!

We stayed at the House of Views for a couple of days on our family road trip across Texas. It was the perfect place to relax on the lake, catch up on laundry and regroup for the next leg of our trip. The home was beautifully decorated, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and every amenity was carefully thought of and provided. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. Gorgeous views of the lake - both indoors and out. Convenient proximity to restaurants and stores. The host was very communicative throughout the entire process. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great Place, Tons of Fun

First of all, the owner is A++! Responded to all our questions quickly and awesome to deal with. Second, we have stayed in a decent amount of VRBO's and this one was at the top at far as being clean and ready upon our arrival. The amenities of the townhouse were awesome from the kitchen, to the gameroom. Kitchen had everything you need to make breakfast and dinner and bake a late night snack. The gameroom was awesome and the ping pong in the garage was a blast. Although it was mid July, the fans in the garage cooled it off pretty well. We always like to have things to do in case it rains and we can't get on the lake...this place had a ton of options for us. The lake views were awesome and the sunsets were amazing. We also rented the on-site jet ski and we loved having it there to jump on when we wanted to take a ride. This place covers all the bases! We will stay again!

Beautiful home with views did not disappoint

Beautiful clean home that comfortably accommodated our family (6 adults & 4 young children). The great location, dock with available lift for our boat, made it easy to fish & do water sports our family loves to do. The home is nicely decorated & is well equipped for cooking & many activities for both kids & adults. The host Jerrica was quick to respond to any question we had prior to booking & during our stay. We had a wonderful time & our family can’t wait to come back.

Highly recommend!

We spent spring break at this beautiful house with our teenage daughters. The house was immaculate, and the views were gorgeous. The weather didn't cooperate for part of the stay, but there were so many activities provided that we didn't miss a beat! As the pit master of the family, I appreciated the Weber grill. Last but not least, the host was very kind and responsive. We'll definitely be back!

Stay at the house of views

Master bedroom upstairs is an amazing view with great colors in the room. Overall for 6 adults, 2 infants, and a young child was a decent fit. We rented a boat and dropped it off for the boat lift and used it for the week. Game room upstairs is fun.

Family Fun

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Jerrica’s property. Our family of four and my brother’s family of four had a wonderful time and the kids were so happy to get to fish and kayak and play games together. The house is well equipped with everything you need to cook and serve a group like ours. The house is exactly as described and the views are amazing! Jerrica is a great host and we are planning to return as soon as possible and stay much longer. 😎
