We had trouble finding the place after dark and Roy talked us through finding it and made sure we got in ok. Super friendly and the place was so well supplied, it was like they thought of everything. Super comfy bed also. Definatly an amazing base for ren faire!!!

The cozy barn was a perfect spot for my family and I to stay for a month while we waited for our home to be built. It’s super close to Lake Conroe and so many restaurants and amenities. The property manager was so kind and checked us on and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and pool table so much. There was also covered parking and a wonderful screened in room to hang out in. We would recommend this home to anyone.

Awesome Place to Stay!

Absolutely loved staying here! The swimming pond is super cool and so much fun, it’s a must do! There’s frisbee, playgrounds, kayaks, slides, rope swing &more. Fully fenced yard and pool were great! The owner was there in minutes when we needed help and was super kind. The barn has cool decor, lots of games, new appliances, 3 TVs with surround sound, washer dryer…everything you’d want and need! The sofa bed was not the best, but the other couch is pretty comfy as is. We went in the heat of summer and it did take a while for the place to cool off, but once it did, it did stay cool. There’s also large fans in the unit if needed. We came for work but this place turned it into a mini vacay for us as well. What a gem!

This home has so much charm. The themes rooms are so adorable. The location was perfect. The yard was great. The only thing we missed was a microwave but we made do. I loved that the kitchen had all the dishes and pans we needed to cook.

1 Month Stay at Cozy Barn

The Cozy Barn is located off 105 across from Lake Conroe in an unrestricted neighborhood and is a Garage converted into what you would call a Garage converted into a Barndominium. The living room, kitchen, and bedroom are all one open space and then you have a separate bath with laundry area. There is also a screened in porch that extends your living area. The living room has a pool table and the kitchen has nice up to date appliances. The large TV’s with sound bar made for great movie watching and binge watching. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating breakfast in the mornings in the screened in porch. The yard is very securely fenced which was exactly what I was looking for ..for the dogs. My 3 dogs and I stayed for a month after I sold my house and was waiting to close on a new house. Property Management was excellent from the property manager to the owner they really made me feel taken care of. Property manager was always just a phone call away. Before I mention the things I did not care for I want to say I am hypersensitive to noise so this may not bother others. I felt close to the road and could hear gravel noise when vehicles drove by. Neighbors could be loud at times from loud music to standing outside talking loudly and leave their vehicles running. Then, finally I was not a fan of the shared swimming pool area. When adjacent AirBNB guests checked in they took over that area and played loud music from the swimming pool deck.

Couldn't ask for Better

Waiting for a new home to be built is stressful enough, but add 3 dogs to the mix and it's above stress. The past 5 weeks was what I needed. Roy and his assistant, Matt took care of everything. Roy even helped me unload my pickup truck when I moved to this Cozy Barn. This was my first short term rental so I didn't know what to expect and bought pots/pans, dishes, sheets, towels and of course doggie items. The kitchen was marvelous and I love to cook. Everything was there for someone to use. I didn't have to bring anything including the sheets and towels. I definitely relaxed and forgot about my new build troubles. Moving is always stressful, but Roy and Matt made it a home away from home. Couldn't ask for better anywhere else - anytime. Two TVs, , pool table, dark, full kitchen, bath, and even a swimming pool and private lake. WOW!
