We are close to the castles: Domaine de Fontainebleau, Château de Robernier, and Château de Nestuby.
Free parking next door. The apartment is duplex (First floor and 1st floor), like a village house with independent entrance. The entrance is through the bay window of the living room which overlooks the alley.

Living room equipped with a designer leather sofa, and a large TV, (55'') a dining table for 4 people, the kitchen is fully equipped and fitted (large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher). Nespresso pod coffee maker, kitchen equipment so that you can cook.
On the half landing (narrow staircase) you will find a toilet with sink, room in which the washing machine is located.
Another small room converted into a dressing room.
Then on the 1st floor a specious bedroom with open bathroom.
The room is equipped with a large Queen Size bed (160x200cm), premium quality bedding (TRECA confort palace - 5* hotel bedding), two chests of drawers, and a desk.

The bathroom separated by a low wall is composed of a pleasant bathtub, a designer Colonne vanity unit, and a small storage space.

An extra bed can be added to accommodate a 3rd person.
