"Beatrice was great, so welcoming and lovely. The property was ideal for the three of us with all the facilities that we needed. Location was great for Siena as well as for visiting all the beautiful surrounding places. Highly recommend visiting Bindi Sergardi vineyard if you’re in this area. Would love to stay with Beatrice again if visiting Siena again in the future. "

"Nos tocó un cuarto un poco enredado para llegar, sin embargo la habitación era grande y cómoda, con dos habitaciones, dos cuartos completos, sala, cocina y comedor, un pequeño apartamento. Es un buen lugar para ir con automóvil, no vi que hubiera transporte público cerca, el personal atento."

"Auch wenn der Vermieter nicht wirklich englisch spricht, war der check-in völlig problemlos, Kontakt ständig möglich, wertvolle Tipps zur Umgebung erhältlich. Ein herzensguter Vermieter, der uns sogar das Geld zurück gab für den einen Tag der früheren Abreise, die private Gründe hatte. Kleiner Mangel : im 2. Schlafraum kein Insektenschutz und Autobahn ist bei ungüstigem Wind zu hören. Aber das ist Jammer auf hohem Niveau. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns ins Städtchen verliebt!...

"Quiet spacious apartment with a comfortable area for gathering. The washing machine in the kitchen was a nice bonus. Excellent location for the city center. Minutes from the Il Campo and excellent restaurants. "

"Tutto bellissimo. Dal check in on line semplice e funzionale, l'apertura con il codice permette di arrivare quando si vuole. Alloggio esattamente come nelle foto, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto quello che serve anche per la preparazione dei cibi. Bagno particolare trasparente, pulitissimo e con doccia doppi. Vasca idromassaggio davanti al letto ... la chicca"

"From the moment we checked in, Giacinta was a gem to talk to, even with her broken English :). The apartment was very clean and the A/C worked great, specially after a busy day outside. Just a short drive to the historic district and also to some wineries and vineyards. Overall I will rate this place a 10 and recommend to anyone visiting Arezzo in the Tuscany region of Italy."

Also, one of the reasons we stay in VRBO's is that we get a chance to get a feel of what it is like to live like in a citizen in the community. IThis unit has a great view of rooftops and of the tower in the main square. You are living among the residents of the building. We loved that! The only thing I would have older people take note of is that the rooms are a step down or step up or half a step down, or half a step up to other parts...
