In the heart of Chianti, 1 km from the medieval town of Montespertoli, the warm and familiar hospitality of “Casa Greta” will welcome you in the idyllic setting of the Chianti countryside in an intimate environment, rich in history and dedicated to authenticity.
Casa Greta, with its 2 panoramic rooms and the well-kept garden that surrounds it, can comfortably accommodate 4 people and is perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in the peace and bucolic atmosphere that the countryside and the beautiful Tuscan hills offer, for family holidays with children, who can have fun safely outdoors, or with friends, or for a romantic couple's getaway.
The apartment is a portion of a farmhouse, with a private garden that overlooks the valley, is spread over two levels and is located in an authentic rural village consisting of ancient farmhouses and immersed in the romantic Chianti vineyards, halfway between Florence and Siena.


Casa Greta is located in a strategic position a stone's throw from the town but in the middle of the Chianti countryside, and enjoys a breathtaking view of the bucolic landscape that surrounds it: the hills, the castle, which at sunset dresses in the pastel colors of the evening, the romantic medieval village, the cypresses, the rows of vines as far as the eye can see and the well-kept olive groves.


Given its privileged position, Casa Greta is a quiet, welcoming and relaxing corner where peace and silence dominate, and is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of the world-famous Tuscan art cities such as Siena and Florence, San Gimignano, the countless villages that dot the Chianti and the farms in the area, and then return to relax away from the chaos of the city and treat yourself to a nice glass of wine or a nice dinner comfortably seated in the cool garden, equipped with wooden table, chairs and patio, deckchairs and chaises longues.


The property is accessed through a small wooden gate after which you find yourself in the well-kept garden with patio.
The house, adjacent to the portion where the owners live, has access from the patio where a door leads to the living area of the house, tastefully furnished in rustic style, with a round wooden table, sofa, ornamental fireplace and furniture in Arte Povera style. On the left is the kitchen, equipped with everything you may need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner whenever you want: oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.
On the right, on the other hand, we find the modern wooden stairs that lead to the upper floor where the sleeping area is located. The first bedroom on the right, is equipped with a double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. The double bedroom, on the other hand, with its romantic atmosphere, has a large wardrobe and also a loft.
Both rooms overlook the hills in front as far as the eye can see. Upstairs there is also a large bathroom with a large stone shower, and the laundry room with washing machine and sink.
The upper floor is completed by a beautiful panoramic covered terrace, which embraces the surrounding landscape, furnished with a sofa and a small table.
A small service bathroom with access up the stairs completes the apartment.
WiFi and parking are available to our guests.
A/C in the bedrooms and fan on the living floor.
