"No tiene parking como indica la descripcion (es parking en la calle que además tiene muchas zonas prohibidas con aviso de grúa), tampoco tiene recepción 24 horas (tienes que llamar por teléfono y esperar a que alguien vaya), tuvimos que llamarles un montón de veces por el wifi y no sabían la contraseña. Los platos / tazas estaban semi limpios (camas y demás si estaba limpio)"

"Flotte ferieleiligheter med kort avstand til Sunny Beach. Vi bodde der i nesten 2 uker tidlig i slutten av juni/begynnelsen av juli. Trivdes veldig bra der ilag med barn på 14 år. Eneste dårlige med stedet er at det ikke blir vasket gjennom hele oppholdet(det er private ferieboliger de leier ut i følge mannen på hotellet) Man får nye håndduker og dopapir hver 4 dag,og sengen blir skiftet på etter dag 8. Ellers et veldig flott sted, som kan anbefales hvis man ønsker å bo på en rolig plass i...

"Very nice complex. A lot of beautiful swiming pools. Nice landscaping. Not far away from Black Sea. Only our one bedroom apartment had 1 mirror in the bathroom. Light in the bathroom was very bad, not bright enough. Overall was good. Will recommend it to friends and family. "

"Apollo was nice place. Air conditioning was our top priority and it worked perfectly! There was laundry machine at the apartment which was also a big plus. Although it was left wet and closed so it smelled a bit bad in the beginning. Few empty rounds with high temp and it was ok. Beds were mediocre for big guys like us but I can't say it was bad. "Our stay at Casa Mesembria was fantastic. We stayed in the king apartment, which was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely private terrace. Communication and service with Petko and at the restaurant was quick and attentive. The location in Old Town is also convenient. We parked the car and could walk everywhere. We’re looking for an opportunity to return."

"Das Apartment war allgemein sehr sauber. Leider wurde in den fünf Tagen nicht gereinigt, kein Toilettenpapier, Kaffeekapseln oder Seife nach gefüllt. DerFernseher lief nicht, wurde aber gegen einen neuen getauscht. Ebenso musste der Duschhahn ausgetauscht werden. Die Metro ist sehr nah und die Straßenbahn auch. Der Garten ist sehr nett angelegt. Wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Nachts sehr ruhig draußen. "

"Among the variables I consider in a hotel at the time of making the choice, service is one of them. Novotel Sofia has one employee at the reception named Rosen who is a gem. Not only he helped me with anything I needed to know about Sofia (transportation, restaurants, places to see, etc.) but he helped me with some issues that arised about the reservation in the most efficient way and making sure the problem had been solved. The management of the hotel should know he has an outstanding customer oriented employee that deserves all my recognition."
