The building is a bit beat up but considering amount of water that gets tracked in and people wearing their ski boots one would expect that. We were able to look out the deck door and see how busy the slopes were. Absolutely loved being able to come in and take a break before going out and skiing more. "Place was as described. Very close to the lift. It’s right out the window. We saw people had stuff to say about Hoots below. We had 2 kids also and they never heard the place below. We were there Saturday and Sunday. So at least 1 very busy day. Hoots is fantastic lodge food and kids are allowed until 9pm. "
