La limpieza de la habitación no estaba buena, el inodoro estaba sucio. La actitud de la persona de la recepción a la salida muy pésima. El hotel me quería cobrar $17 por High speed wifi Que ni usamos. Increíblemente mal, está fue la segunda vez allí y la primera fue buena. Las ventanas de nuestra habitación estaban sucios y la mujer de limpieza no nos quiso dar un café extra.

Muy bien ubicado
El Hotel esta muy bien ubicado a unas cuadras del fishermans warf, la habitación es muy cómoda, lo único que no estoy de acuerdo es que el wifi se cobra aparte y aunque soy miembro marroitt platinum por haber hecho la reservación a traves de hoteles.com y no por su pagina no se me reconoció y no tuve el servicio.

Family stay 2 kids. The property itself was ok. Staff was very kind helpful. But the property I was disappointed compared to other Marriott. I reserved a city view room but got a room with the pool view. Our room #307 was terrible. The furnace kept making loud banging noises throughout the night. Our sink was slow to drain. The body wash bottle holder was broken off when we arrived so it was just sitting on a shelf. No microwave in the room. Also you could hear literally everything from the people at the pools to the passerby’s in the hallway. I was shocked how loud it was which made it hard to get my toddler down to bed and keep him down even with a sound machine. I had debated about asking for a room change but we were staying only 1 night and my husband and 6 year old had already knocked out. I did call in the morning explaining the loudness of the room and ask for an extra hour on checkout bcus it was 10am and my kids were still asleep which they accommodated. Breakfast buffet was nice options were good. Valet parking only which sucks when you’re traveling with small kids bcus we realized we forgot a few things and had to request them to bring the car back up. So yea would I stay here again with a family and small kids probably not.

Dirty rooms
Room was not vacuumed and hallway had trash littered. Hotel front desk is nice and convenient location, but the dirtiness of the room was a turn off considering the price of the rooms. Also, valet service makes it difficult to take cars out in the morning due to influx of customers waiting to check out and leave the hotel.
