I spent around 10 days in the cabin and while it was amazing around day 2 the internet was having issues with going in and out, we kept try to contact our host and see how we can fix the issue and we were told to unplug it and then plug it back in. We did that but unfortunately we kept having issues and reached out again to have someone come take a look at it and no one would answer us back. So we were unable to unwind and watch and show or a movie on our honeymoon which was very upsetting.

This property is fantastic. Great for my husband and me and enough room for guests. The only reason I gave location 4 stars is becausr there is nothing around. They're a small marget in town but to go to a restaurant you have to go 20 minutes west. par.

We were blown away by your amazing, delightful cabin nestled in the woods of Tennessee!! My sister started videoing the cabin to share with our families before we even brought our luggage in from the car! Loved the porch swing on the upper deck for morning tea time! We felt completely secluded while being so close to everything we wanted to see and do. The sauna topped it off! I just got a request from my sisters to do a return visit next July that would include much more time there and less roaming around. The cabin itself is a wonderful vacation! I will check online for availability. Thank you for the FRIEND discount for our return trip!

Great place to stay! Quiet, clean, porch swing bed was awesome! Sauna was enjoyable. Outdoor shower didn’t work, but other than that, I have nothing but good things to say! I would totally stay there again!

It’s a okay place it doesn’t have all the amenities that they claim to have in. It only has 1 shower, NO sauna, very poor internet so no internet no TV, so if you are Amish it’s a great place for you but I am not!

We had a lovely stay at the cabin in Monterey. The property was quiet and secluded. Everything was clean and tidy and matched the photos. The decks were spacious with nice views of the forest. We would definitely stay again.

This is the most relaxing trip I’ve had in 20 years. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the house including the comfort of the house and our 2 dogs were comfortable and were able to roam in the yard without a leash. The decor of the house was exceptional. The communication with the owner met my expectations. I expect that I will book again in the future.

I don't typically leave many reviews, but ironically when I booked this cottage I was nervous about the lack of them. So I really want to leave my review here to let anyone out there who is doubting this cottage to BOOK and have an awesome trip. The house is super clean. There are two bathrooms, the one in second floor has a full shower and it looks newly renovated - the one in first floor is only bath. The kitchen is well equipped with majority of the things you might need. I do think the one thing missing was a wine opener!! but we figured it out :) The house is hidden behind trees and it feels like youre in the middle of the forest. The fire pit you are able to use outside was a nice touch. My friend used the sauna and loved it. Our dogs got to run around off leashed and had their little gateaway of their own. Communication with host was top notch, even through Thanksgiving weekend. I absolutely loved this house and would go again in a heartbeat.

The log cabin was very clean and nicely decorated. Very convinient location close to town but fare enough away in the woods to feel far away from everything. We loved our stay!
