"Muy buen ubicado, las instalaciones bien en general. El único tema es que el servicio de limpieza al cuarto te lo cobran, cuando en al menos el 99% de los hoteles en los que me he quedado lo incluyen, para eso mejor consigo un Airbnb un poco mejor y al mismo precio. El otro detalle es que articulos de limpieza como papel sanitario, shampoo y/o gel de ducha es muy limitado y cuando te das cuenta de que ya no hay tienes que ir a una tienda por que las oficinas despues de cierto horario ya no...

"Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "

"We spent five days at this wonderful property. It is like living in an old world palace. Marble and wood floors, antique furniture, and a huge floorplan. The bedroom is very quiet, though the office space is a bit louder, given the square and cafes where students congregate. We enjoyed the street sounds at night; bring earplugs for the office area if you want complete silence. "We had a really good stay in the absolute centre of Bologna. The property was very well kept though the mattress, whilst adequate, could probably do with replacing soon. The property management were very efficient and provided plenty of information to make our brief stay a good one."

"We are from the United States. This home was perfect for our family. It is very clean and has everything we needed. Location is a manageable 10 minute walk to train station which was very important to us. Bolognia is central to several other cities in Italy that we wanted to visit. Each day, we just hopped on train to another city and came "home" each evening. Grocery store is within two blocks. Coffee shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. Safety did not appear to be an issue...

"I don’t like the kind of service I mean there was only one toilet paper for a week / 2 adults 2 children so we need to buy our own same for code , soap . There was no blinds in the windows in a ground floor apartment; The toilet seat was broken and there was no DOOR in the bedroom… I will never recommend this place"

"The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable including a small kitchen. Very spacious with the exception of the shower, which feels cramped. It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. Communication was clear and my enquiries were responded to immediately and in a friendly, helpful manner. I would definitely stay here again."
