OJO no respetan las reservas
Pésimo no respetaron la reserva, llegamos a las 7:00 pm y a pesar que si tenían la reserva en el sistema dieron nuestra habitación a alguien mas, después nos mandaron a un Bed and Brekfast de otro nivel que lo tuvimos que pagar en efectivo Soy un usuario muy frecuente de Hoteles.com deberían de asegurarse de trabajar con establecimientos serios

Sentimos por no respetar su reserva, usted reservò la tarde del mismo dìa y no tuvimos tiempo de controlar los correos; eso puede pasar en hoteles pequenos como el nuestro donde somos los 4 de la familia trabajando ambos en el B&B y en el restaurante. Lo siento de verdad pero las reservas last minute son un riesgo. Con eso escribo que fue nuestro fallo y que haremos que no se repita nunca

El hotel está en una ubicación inmejorable, un poco complicado de llegar con el coche, pero te acompañan incluso una vez q has conseguido llegar...las habitaciones tienen vistas increíbles de la toscana, están limpias y son amplias. Lo peor los colchones, q eran incomodisimos, y el desayuno un poco escaso

Maravillosa estancia
Hemos venido encantados de nuestra estancia en Montepulciano. Teníamos reservada una habitación normal y nos dejaron la suite que tiene unas vistas preciosas. El personal muy amable y muy recomendable también el restaurante. Importantísimo subir con el coche porque está en lo alto del pueblo, tienen parking.

Great guys running the place. Comfortable bed. Perfect area. Music school next door provided piano and string instrument music through the windows. Amazing. Breakfast was nice, with type and volume of food huge! The apartment was mostly clean, with gorgeous windows and lots of space. Fairly dated furniture, which is fine for wood pieces, not so much for the sofas. Attention to detail lacking. A thorough clean and update, especially the sofas, curtains, accessories etc would do a lot for the place. We had a view out the front, which was ok. The views out the back are gorgeous.

We loved our time in Montepulciano at the Osteria del Borgo! The view from our room was amazingly beautiful and its location on the main piazza was perfect! Continental breakfast at the restaurant helped start our day and the lunch and dinner choices were very good.

Lovely stay at Ostia del Borgo
We had a wonderful stay at Ostia Del Borgo in apartment Ricci. The apartment is huge, well equipped and located right on the main square, so great location. Dinner on the terrace is also highly recommended, as it has stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Thanks so much for looking after us so well!! We will be back

This property is right off the main Piazza in Montepulchiano. It is located over a restaurant with a side entrance and parking can be arranged down the street. The restaurant is actually very good and provides breakfast each morning. The room itself was nice size and well-appointed. I honestly thought the view out the window was photoshopped when I saw the online pictures, but I'm here to tell you that it's absolutely as fantastic as you want it to be! We enjoyed our stay very much and would happily stay again.

Montepulciano Views
This Osteria has a great restaurant and is in an excellent location. The property and our room have amazing views and sunsets. They have 3 free parking spots about a 5-minute walk down the hill and we are able to get one. The property is very clean, but could use some updating. Mattress was bouncy and we didn’t have an electric kettle which was disappointing. The staff was pleasant and we would stay here again if spending the evening in Montepulciano.

A perfect B&B in Montepulciano
Beautiful property with amazing views. The owners were incredibly kind and considerate. The location was easy to get to get to. The restaurant is also very delicious! Would definitely stay again and again!

Great view from the room
Stayed in an apartment with a lovely view across the Tuscan hills. Rooms had heating and daily clean, breakfast was good (meats, cheeses, coffee, tart). Our room had a separate small living room area which was great to have.

Very spacious accommodation with friendly staff. Only downside is the dated bed mattresses. They were not comfortable. Host tried his best to make our stay comfortable by providing fans since there is no AC in the rooms.

We stayed 2 days and one night at this beautiful hotel and would definitely return in the future. Giacomo’s service made us feel welcome and was very helpful providing us with directions to get to the hotel and finding the parking. This place looks like an apartment with kitchen, living room and bedroom and a cozy fireplace. My favorite part was the beautiful window facing the piazza where you can feel part of the community. The hotel has a terrace where we enjoyed an incredible sunset. The breakfast was really delicious ; prosciutto, Italian baked sweets, great coffee and water. The hotel has also a restaurant with delicious food where we enjoyed an amazing local dinner.

Property situated in the heart of the Montepulciano castle town. You couldn’t be more central! Restaurant attached to hotel was delicious and had fantastic views of the countryside. We were so lucky to get a charming one bedroom apartment with a small terrace looking over the walking street. It’s an old building but if you want an authentic and spacious option, this is the place. Apartment includes kitchen, living room and dining table.

This is am amazing location in the center of town. It has free parking and one of the best restaurants in the city. Get a reservation and enjoy the view!

Perfect stay... room was incredible ... view exceptional... owner so kind and professional and his son was fabulous. They were all so helpful... a female server in the Inn's restaurant was incredible. The food was perfect and this place and these individuals ended up being the highlight of my two weeks in Italy.

This is by far the best place to stay in Montepulciano! The view from our bedroom was amazing! Not to mention the restaurant below gave us some of the best meals we had from our whole Italy trip. I highly recommend staying here, it was an unforgettable experience!

Really charming hotel and execept restaurant. The views from the back terrace are some of the best in Montepulciano. The staff is really welcoming and we enjoyed practicing a little Italian.

Hilltop Apartment
A 700 year old building, hence no elevators. The apartment had an amazing view and a large living room. The bed was hard, old, and not so comfortable. We went to the restaurant for dinner twice and sat on the patio with breath taking views. The food is not excellent but good.

Right off main piazza with wonderful breakfast!
I stayed here for two nights with my husband, parents, and sister. We all had plenty of comfortable space. From the living room window, we could see right into the main piazza. There were plenty of toiletries and towels. The staff was very friendly and so helpful! Francesco organized a taxi pickup for us the night before we had to leave because we would be leaving early. He even packed an amazing breakfast for us since we would miss it the next morning! You must have dinner on the back patio and enjoy the gorgeous sunset (**and amazing food**)! I hope to return, and I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely site that needs updating.
Montepulciano is a beautiful town and Osteria del Borgio gives one the experience of a traditional Italian stay. The owners are kind and receptive and the restaurant serves delicious food. The apartment we rented is in great need of renovation, however The furniture, cupboards, bathroom tiles, etc., are quite outdated, and the mattress springs could be felt when sleeping.

Soddisfatti!
L’osteria del borgo è in una posizione ottima! In pieno centro vicino ai principali punti di interesse. Oltre al giudizio sulla camera che più che altro considererei un mini appartamento dotato di molti confort mi sento di consigliare l’osteria del borgo per pranzo e per cena! Si mangia davvero benissimo e la scelta del vino è infinita! Il personale è davvero eccellente, sono tutti preparati gentili e disponibili. Io sono stato lì con mia moglie e con la mia bambina di appena un mese e ci siamo sentiti a casa!

Eagle's View, lovely people
Montepulciano was amazing, and the Osteria del Borgo was wonderful. . . Tough for the physically challenged, however (no elevator), but the same could be said for Montepulciano in general.. We were given a beautiful apartment with incredible views, all for a very modest price. The service and the restaurant were top notch too.

Wonderful view, Special old building.
Everything was nice. The view was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was vert good with a good view og the sunset.
