Condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Highlight of the condo is definitely the private terrace. Host was VERY responsive and overall great to deal with. Resort amenities are very nice... pool & beach were great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property and surroundings.Very clean,bed was comfortable,kitchen and bathroom fully stocked,home away from home.Only issue was we didn't have hot water for a 3-4 days.The dryer didnt have a handle.The beach and pool was easily accessible while been private. The beautiful beach xould do with some maintenance where the sea weeds are concernedOverall it was a great stay and i would come back again.

BEST unit at the resort!

Our stay at the property was great. The view of the ocean was amazing. We had the best beach access with a direct staircase access from the rear balcony (makes you feel like VIP!). The pool deck is also at the bottom of the stairs. We did the catamaran sailboat, which was fun. The rooms are all ample in size and the balcony is huge. There is an additional resort fee that is not included in the price.The food at the resort restaurants was very good at the Asian and buffet (Orchid). The Italian restaurant was not good.The staff at the resort were all nice and helpful. There was nightly entertainment and a great fireworks show, which we could see from the unit!Our host Jean was helpful in getting an airport transfer and also a tour guide. Communication was great. Thank you for making our trip a great one! I would absolutely recommend for families, couples or friends who want a fantastic stay in Montego Bay!

I can’t use words to adequately describe the experience of staying at this property for 8 days and 7 nights. My soul is rested. Physically, I’m relaxed and recharged. The pool, pool bar and the clear blue beach is accessible by walking down one flight of steps. The property offers the option to enjoy the amenities of an all inclusive resort experience, a private chef, or the ability to explore the local gastronomic delights. The staff on the property were kind, courteous and very accommodating. The amenities are indescribable perfect. We had everything we needed. It’s hard to think of anything that was missing. because everything we experienced was done so well our senses were satisfied. Don’t miss the spa and the healthy smoothie bar. Every room, including the master bathroom offer an ideal view. Imagine stepping from my bedroom to a patio with an unencumbered view of the peaceful Caribbean Sea. Our chef Michele, prepared delectable meals. We relished a taste of Jamaica, savoring every morsel. She’s delightful - a great conversationalist who offered historical tidbits as well as the current state of the island. Recommendation: Keep all doors closed. The mosquitoes and flies will join your party, uninvited. Jean responded timely to our questions and to every need. I recommend this property highly. I would definitely consider a repeat reservation.
Zumba is available daily. The soundtrack is the ocean.

This property is fantastic and the Host is reasonable and responsive. The Villa is spectacular with a large living room- kitchen and 2 large bedrooms each with their own bath and shower and another bath and shower in the living area. A large balcony wraps around for separate views of the ocean and pool. The restaurant food on location is good and other restaurants are close by in the community. A 5 star recommendation

Jewel Grande Resort

Our overall impression of our stay was just amazing.The furnishings were very nice and the condo was very clean. The best part was the very large patio that had a spectacular view of the Caribbean and a wrap around -patio that overlooked their gorgeous pool. We had a wonderful time there and would love to stay there in this particular spot. Thank you Jean for taking care of everything we needed and for getting back so quickly.

Fabulous Stay In Montego Bay!

We loved our stay in this condo. We have stayed in VRBO properties all over the world and this is probably the nicest. The unit itself is spacious with a great layout and it is appointed well. This condo has the best location in the entire resort, with a big outdoor balcony overlooking the beach and your own stairs taking you down to the pool and bar area. Everything is right there. Finally, the resort itself has a lot to offer in terms of amenities, food, and activities.

Paradise

The outdoor space and location of this villa is perfect. Off the veranda which is private you walk down a few steps you have the pool bar as well a large pool area that has ample space for guest. A few more steps a beautiful beach with the bluest water you can imagine.The restaurant Waves was excellent for dinner at night and the service was spot on.Jean and her team were easy to communicate with and we appreciate Chef Michele pre shopping for us, and the transportation team did a great job. Thanks for making our trip perfect. We will be back!

Perfect Stay

This is a great unit. It has the best location in the entire resort. You are 20 steps from the pool and 100 step to the beach (I counted). The unit is well stocked and well maintained. The pictures on VRBO really don't do the view justice. It is really idyllic. The resort itself is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurants are solid for an all-inclusive. Michelle (personal chef) is great, and we enjoyed two dinners she made for us, including an incredible Jamaican tasting menu of over 10 dishes. She also stocked the kitchen for us based on a list we provided. When we got there we had everything in the kitchen we needed. The owner also recommended a driver who was provided transportation and was also able to help organize excursions. Her prices were very reasonable and the service excellent. We didn't pay for all-inclusive access, but you can access all the resort amenities ala carte. That said, the resort isn't that big and often we were literal steps from the unit. I can walk 50 ft to get another Red Stripe!

We celebrated my wife and her best friend’s birthday at the private condo located inside the Jewel Grande. Location was great, quick ride from the airport. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Beautiful oceanfront views from the balcony. Jean was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions.

Lovely stay

Beautiful property

The property was in a gorgeous location. Property manager was responsive when we needed toilet paper and paper towels. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink draining properly, but they were swift to send people a couple of times. The beach view is gorgeous. The side of the resort that the property is on is the more quiet side. Over looking a pool and the gorgeous beach with the water sports nearby. I was able to make most of our meals with the well equipped kitchen.

The Absolute Best

I'm going to break up this review into a few different parts, the rental property, the Jewel Grande hotel and a few of the things I learned during my travel to Jamaica The Rental Property This property is FANTASTIC. It's everything you ever wanted in a vacation stay. This property is on the first floor of one of the three main buildings. The living area has the living room, kitchen, eating area and a full bath with a great shower. The master bedroom is spacious, sliding window doors overlooking the Caribbean Sea and a huge bathroom. The other bedroom is also big with a view of the resort and a nice bathroom and shower. Every room has a nice TV with cable TV, and has plenty of room to play on rainy days. The deck is massive and spans the length of the property. It's accessible via a door in the kitchen, sliding window doors in the living room and from the master bedroom. The view from the deck is beautiful, and it has all the necessary furniture to support daylong sun worshiping, a romantic or party-filled evening or enjoying a tropical storm while remaining dry due to the design. The deck also has a set of stairs that leads directly to one of two main pools, hot tub, outdoor bar and the ocean. It's all right at the bottom of the stair. The property owners are fantastic and provide as much information as you need to feel comfortable.

Great communication and a great stay

This unit was perfect for us. My husband and I travel with my Mom who’s in her 80s. Having 2 king suites was ideal. We loved the spacious balcony where we could sum if desired or sit in the shade. It was just steps from the pool & beach. This unit is also on a quieter side. No late night shows or bars. The host answered all my pre-booking questions and checked in on us to make sure we had all that we needed.

This property was perfect is was so nice when we walked in and seen the lay out. Highly recommend this suite, location was great right in the middle of everything and easy to access. The pool was right beside us but was till very quite. Owner so very accommodating will for sure be contacting them when we go back to Jamaica.
