We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Plum—it was the perfect getaway for our family of five. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. From the start, the service was top-notch. John, our host, communicated clearly and promptly before our arrival, even providing contact information for the house butcher and driver, which was very helpful.Nikita, the butler, was an absolute delight—warm, attentive, and ensured our every need was met with a smile. Nikita was incredibly helpful in organizing a surprise birthday celebration. Although we hadn’t communicated our plans in advance, she stepped in right away and made everything come together beautifully. The chef,Javan, impressed us daily with delicious meals, including a variety of flavorful local dishes. Shavar, our dedicated driver, was accommodating with our schedule and suggested great excursions. The sunset boat ride was my favorite. The housekeeping team, Kenneisha and Stewart, kept the home impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The house itself was charming, comfortable, and decorated with beautiful Caribbean flair.Our only disappointment was the bedroom setup. We had requested a five-bedroom home, but the fifth "bedroom" was actually an office space that wasn’t suitable for an adult to sleep in comfortably.Overall, we truly enjoyed our time at Paradise Plum and appreciated the care and hospitality shown by the entire staff.McClusky Family, Atlanta, GA

Family Reunion in Paradise

Everything about the process was smooth as silk from start to finish. Excellent and clear communication with the booking manager, pre-arrival support was outstanding. They have thought of everything. The stay itself exceeded all expectations and our expectations were already high. The staff was second to none and added so much to the experience. Everyone in the group was made to feel welcome. Meals were authentic Jamaican as per our request and the excursions were top shelf. There is no doubt that we will be back and more than just once more.

Back home in Jamaica

Have been traveling to Jamaica since I was 5 years old. Parents had a condo there until last year. Needed to get back to unwind. Able to take myself, wife and our 2 adult sons. It was wonderful. Our days were spent relaxing, eating great food made by the chef, time on the beach and in the pool. Napping and playing cribbage. Watching F1 on TV. Banana Daiquiris before dinner. Rum and a cigar out on the pool deck in the evening. Great fun! Will be back.

Our vacation at Paradise Plum was totally amazing. The staff I must say were courteous and helped to make our trip a remarkable moment. I knew it would be a memorable moment from dealing with John and how easy he made it for the group. Communication was above standard and I can highly appreciate it during this time. The staff at Paradise Plum gave A services and was on point with everything from our stay. Nikita, Shevar, Tricihel, Javon and Mr, Stewart were very polite and make sure all our needs were met. I can truly recognized their manners and polite attitude toward us as visitor. Paradise Plum is definitely a paradise in Jamaica, the location and customer service by far should be rated 10 stars. WE LOVED IT, WE ENJOYED!!!!

Great property and staff

I came here with my family for a week long vacation. There were 10 of us and we are a handful. But the staff was excellent! We never wanted for anything. By the end of the trip the staff felt more like family. The meals weee great too. Javaan “put his foot” in every meal. I can honestly say his meals were better than the ones we had out. The house was always clean even when we made ourselves a late night snack and made a bit of a mess. I would highly recommend this property and when I come back I’ll definitely be staying here. Thank you again to all the staff.

They staff are great Nikita, Shamar, Javon made the stay amazing. F.Y.I. When making your menu look up the prices of food you are asking the chef to prepare and also they only accept CASH for reimbursement. We had a great time and the view was amazing. Again the staff get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We Love Plum Paradise Villa

From the beginning to end, this Villa and the staff were absolutely wonderful! When booking, John was so professional, friendly and informative and always got right back to you with any questions or concerns - no stones were left unturned. The staff, Shavar our Driver was great! He offered suggestions on things to do/places to see and was so friendly and we totally felt safe the entire stay. Nikita, our Butler-I can't say enough good things about her, she always seem to know exactly when we were thirsty, haha! She was so pleasant and was on point and kept things running like a well oiled machine! Kinisha, our Housekeeper makes up a mean bed! She kept everything clean, and turned down our beds every night with bottled water at the bedside, and again so pleasant and even keeled! Javon, our Chef! Oh my my my, every meal more delicious than the last one, we were at that table on time for every meal, haha! And lastly Stewart, our Groundskeeper kept everything looking vibrant and lovely. I highly recommend staying at Rose Hall, Paradise Plum Villa, we will definitely be back next year. The Villa is beautifully decorated and so serene. The grounds were lovely, it really is a slice of paradise! As they say, the first time you're a guest and the second time, you're family. Looking forward to seeing my family again! :-)

Better than advertised property and awesome staff

Paradise Plum was better than advertised, a beautiful and functional property with bedrooms arranged around a two story, fully equipped common room opening onto outdoor dining, ocean view, infinity pool and lovely gardens. Rose Hall provided security and proximity to the resources of Montego Bay and interesting house tours. The staff were wonderful - Nikki adjusted to our relaxed approach to life, Javon is an excellent cook, Stewart (sp?) showed us around his gardens, Patricia kept us neat and tidy and forgave us for making our own beds, and Shavar the driver was an outstanding and very engaging guide - a real asset. We brought USD for end of trip tips but to reimburse for the food for two families with very hungry young adults. We wound up accompanying Nikki and Javon food shopping to use our credit cards. This (understandably) slightly alarmed them but we assured them that we meant no disrespect to their roles and would not use our involvement as a reason to not tip generously. We had the good fortune of excellent weather until the last day, and the construction of a new house nearby only became a nuisance in the last few days when an automated hammer started up. We had a great time.

Awesome Stay

This was my first time in Jamaica and I wouldn't have done it any other way. The staff at Paradise plum was awesome and the house was just the right size for our group. If you have the opportunity to stay 7 days, its worth it that way you have a driver, chef and house assistant. They helped us plan excursions, and was was very accommodating even the unexpected ones to a hospital. It might not be until next year or the year after that before I return, but will definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Villa and Staff

From our communications with John, the property manager, to our farewells with the staff our vacation at Paradise Plum exceeded expectations. It was our first family vacation in Jamaica and most certainly will not be our last at Paradise Plum. Through clear and responsive communications, John ensured that our needs were addressed. Upon our arrival and throughout our stay Nikita, Shavar, Javaan, Kenneisha, and Stewart extended their hospitality, kindness, attention to detail, quality, and support which made our experience so memorable! I highly recommend Paradise Plum and the extraordinary staff! We definitely plan to visit again!

Paradise Plum - A "Peace" of Paradise

The Owner was very informative and timely responsive to all inquiries prior to checking in. All of the staff from the butler, chef, driver, housekeeper and groundskeeper were very attentive, pleasant, professional and efficient. The property is exactly as pictured and described and very comfortable. We had 4 couples stay at the house and accommodations were more than adequate. Awesome Summer Vacation

Wedding Stay and mini holiday

Stayed here with the family in the run up to our wedding in Mo Bay. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish, the team led by Nikki couldn’t have made our stay any better. They made this our holiday we have needed for yours. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough. The Villa is stunning and so close but far enough away from the centre. Celebration!

When celebrating someone everything needs to be outstanding and this property was indeed outstanding! The staff, specifically Nikita our butler and Javaan our chef were incredible. Nikita set up massages for us and made sure we were CONSTANTLY attended to. When we were out and after an excursion we visited a local restaurant. After that meal everyone in our party decided to never go out to eat again and eat at the house because our food was delicious! We were specific in what we wanted to try and Javaan was eager to please. Shavar, our driver, was also amazing and accommodated everything we asked of him. The property is a bit far from some of Jamaica’s attractions, but if you are willing to spend a little time in the van, Shavar will make it happen. Having the option to have our laundry done during our stay made it easier to return home and not face that dreaded task. John the property manager was great to work with and most questions were answered within 12 hours if not sooner. He communicated regularly and with good detail to set clear expectations! Overall we would all absolutely come back to Jamaica and this property specifically.

Myself and my family really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Plum Villa. The house was lovely and welcoming. The pool was great and the rooms were comfortable. However, what made our stay really great was the staff. Nikita the butler was kind and attentive she made sure we had everything we needed. The chef, Jovan, made delicious and exquisite meals that were well prepared and timely. Shavar, our driver, showed us great sites and watched over us on all of our excursions. Trish and Stewart, who handled housekeeping and maintenance, kept our living quarters clean and tidy. Everyone always had an upbeat attitude and positive demeanor. I really appreciated the great staff. We’d gladly stay here again the next time we’re in Montego Bay. One thing I will say is that the house is not as modern as some of the other homes in the area, but still it’s lovely and comfortable.
