Best villa to stay in nontego bay

Property was so clean and beautiful! The staff are incredibly professional and so helpful, took the stress out of meal planning. the chef can cook! Food was delicious. The butlers were so attentive and can mix any drink you like. The housekeepers kept the house so clean and done so quickly it was very impressive. My family and I would like to send a big thank you to the staff we loved them. Julie was an amazing host, thank you she made it so easy. I felt like I was at my home. We will return

Amazing Villa!

We had never stayed in a fully staffed villa before and now I'm not sure how we will go back to "normal" vacationing! The staff are amazing and take care of everything you could possibly imagine. We went to Half Moon for dinner one night and everyone agreed that we should've stayed at the villa with Chef Kerry Ann! We had a couple minor hiccups during our stay but the team went above and beyond in making everything more than right! Their attention to details and customer service is second to none! The house is even more beautiful than the pictures - bedrooms, bathrooms (including outdoor showers), outdoor space - all top notch! The view is spectacular, whether you are looking out at the ocean while sitting in the pool or watching the sunset from the outdoor bar. Beds are incredibly comfortable. The only potential drawback anyone in our group could think of was the street noise that does seem to carry from the road during the day; however, you do not hear any of it at night as the house has amazing windows/doors that keep everything out at night but amazing when fully opened during the day. We traveled after the US had issued the travel advisory to Jamaica; however, we felt completely safe at Trade Winds as well as with the drivers that took us to and from Half Moon and the golf courses. We didn't venture out more than that but there was absolutely no need to leave! We would highly recommend Trade Winds!

5-Star Luxury Villa All Around!

Staying at Trade Winds villa was truly a luxurious and unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with cold drinks and wonderful hospitality. The villa itself was stunning, even more beautiful than can be seen through photos. The interior was beautifully decorated and clearly well taken care of. The spacious bedrooms were comfortable and the open-concept living areas allowed us to enjoy the outdoor views while playing group board games. One of the highlights of our stay was the private infinity pool, which provided a perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning sunsets. The villa staff were very attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our every need was met, from delicious Jamaican cuisine prepared by a private chef to helping us arrange transportation to resort activities. I can't recommend this 5-star villa in Jamaica highly enough. If you're looking for a luxurious and serene escape, this is the place to be!

50 and counting !

3rd time returning ‘home’ to Jamaica and there was no question that Trade Winds would be our destination for turning 50 years young. The Villa is a dream - top to bottom, however it is the people inside that make it truly special. Now considered friends, Courtney, KK, Madge and Ismael remain constants. What a team that has been put together with the organizational brilliance of Julie. Food is 5 star - allergy in your group? No problem for Kerriann - she can do no wrong in her kitchen. I dream about her key lime pie. Cannot wait to return. Thank you for the memories.

Lovely Stay at Tradewinds

Property is as depicted on VRBO. 5 spacious rooms. 3 Master suites, one master room and one queen. Julie, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful with all our requests. The staff were all excellent and professional. Kerrian, the chef, was amazing. My wife and sister have stayed in touch with her after our trip, getting tips on replicating her jerk chicken, coconut cake and many other dishes served during our stay. The butlers, Courtney and Ricardo, were excellent, providing service from breakfast through the late evening. We had considered eating out one or two nights, but after tasting Kerrian's cooking, ate every meal at the Villa. The housekeepers did an amazing job keeping the house impeccably clean. Cleaner than any property (including hotels) that we've ever stayed at. The property comes with full access to Half Moon resort and membership to 3 golf courses. We played golf at Half Moon and Cinnamon Hill (White Witch was closed). Both courses were in playable condition, but not maintained to top standards. However, both were affordably priced given the included membership. We preferred CH. The only negative I would mention is that during the week, there is street noise from trucks operating on the main road overlooked by the Villa. Overall, a lovely stay and very good value. The property and staff made the trip and aside from visiting Half Moon and playing golf, there is no need to leave the property. Very well done and Kudos to the entire team.

Incredible!

I rented this amazing property as a surprise birthday trip for my husband. From the banner and balloons that awaited us on arrival to every single whim and whimsy being met (exceeded!), this was a dream vacation. We have been to Jamaica eight times. We’ve enjoyed our other stays, but Trade Winds was next level. From the amazingly accommodating staff to the breathtaking views to the fabulous location, we had a trip that won’t soon be forgotten. We can’t wait to return.

Girls Trip 2023

Our girls trip 2023 was amazing! The Trade Winds was absolutely beautiful, flawless, comfortable, and relaxing. Julie Knowles, VRBO Agent is the best! She answers all my questions and the rental process was an easy check in, as they say in Jamaica, "No problem ". Thanks Julie for being such a great host. Courtney the House Manager is so on point with his great hospitality, and Kerry Ann our Chef, her food is to die for....lets not forget Riccardo, our server, he's the best! The table settings were beautiful! Many thanks to the housekeepers for keeping everything tidy and lawnkeeper for such beautiful landscape. Again, if you're considering Trade Winds, please book. this property Trade Winds doesn't disappoint! It's in a safe, upscale neighborhood with close proximity to the airport and shopping. Wonderful Week With Friends

The staff was great at making us feel welcomed into our home for the week!!! with great food, service of all types from clothes, drinks, shopping for adults drinks!!! buy as much as you can at duty free because prices are high in Jamaica. we did all at the resort too. tennis, golf, and fitness center . we even enjoyed going to the beach a few times! You will want to take the staff back home after your stay!!!!!

I want to be back at the villa! I was lucky enough to spend my birthday with 8 friends at the Trade Winds Villa. If you are thinking about it - do it! The house is beautiful, clean, taken care of. The staff is attentive, receptive and helpful. They do it all with a smile on their face and the energy there is nothing but positive. There is plenty of space in the house for everyone to hang out together or take a minute to themselves. The views are peaceful and stunning. The pool is refreshing. The food is amazing. And the team will help you set up anything you need or want to do. It was truly what we were looking for and I only wish for a few more days there!

Just Amazing!

This property looks just like the photos of not better. From the moment we arrived we were in paradise. The staff is super friendly, super helpful and super professional. Paradise

Where do I start....Julie was beyond helpful through the booking process and covered all bases. From the moment my guest and I arrived we were relaxed. The view from our bedrooms and patios was the ocean. The Villa was open to the ocean breeze by day and closed at night. There is definitely more than enough space to congregate as a group or isolate for a more intimate setting. The staff was extremely attentive to our wants and needs. Lifting a finger was not permitted and relaxation was the only task at hand. If you were looking for anything ask G or Courtney our wonderful butlers. Chef Kerianne was absolutely the best and never disappointed from her well put together entrees to her hand crafted desserts. Let's not forget about our housekeeper and laundress who's names escape me but their diligent work ethic does not. We never had to ask for fresh towels, clean clothes, or even an iron for that manner. There was no hassle getting Covid test done because it was arranged at the Villa. You know what else was arranged at the villa?? SPA SERVICES!!!! That's right! My guest were able to arrange couples massages, pedicures, and facials and were serviced in the comfort of our secret oasis. This property is the perfect location to go out and enjoy nightlife or just enjoy your guests with a night in. We also had access to the Half-moon Resort, which was such an added bonus. This was my first trip to Jamaica, but it will not be my last!

Unforgettable birthday trip

The villa was more than we could have imagined to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday with friends and family. From start to finish working with Julie, Courtney, Mr. G, KK, and the rest of the staff everyone was more than accommodating, extremely friendly, and made us feel at home. Every meal was better than the next, all the drinks were delicious, and the villa was extremely clean. Every morning we looked forward to breakfast and as soon as we were done eating we came back to clean rooms! It was awesome! The personal dinner tables created nightly by G were thoughtful and beautiful. As was the service and coordinating of the bands, boat excursion, and golf. We really enjoyed having access to half moon resort and transportation for the week! Hats off to the whole crew! We look forward to coming back! With love, Bryan and Nicole

Amazing vacation experience.

We just spent a great Thanksgiving week family vacation at Trade Winds Villa. Let me begin by saying that the villa is just as beautiful as the pictures portray. It is tastefully decorated, impeccably kept and quite cozy and livable. The views are spectacular and the location just above Half Moon Resort and golf course make it ideal for a round of golf, taking excursions near Montego Bay or just lounging at the pool. What really makes Trade Winds Villa an amazing vacation spot is the staff. I can't say enough about how attentive Courtney, Garvin, Madge, Sharine and Chef Phillip were to all our needs and wants. They made a great team in delivering an unforgettable vacation to everyone in my family, grandkids included! From fabulous meals to fun tropical drinks to perfect house keeping and creative table centerpieces, all was done with great attention to details. And I can't forget the great conversations we shared throughout the week. I felt like they were part of the family and really appreciated how they all made us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this Villa experience. In fact, I would happily come bace to Trade Winds for a future Jamaican vacation!
