Everything as advertised

We really enjoyed our stay at D Washington. We were conveniently located near a shopping plaza and close to other attractions. Bryan got us to and from the beach as well as excursions to dinners and activities. The condo was clean and spacious and Y and B were great hosts. We would definitely stay with them again!

You will NOT be disappointed!!

We visited here in September 2024. This was the best place I’ve ever stayed while in Jamaica. The property manager, Lilethe, was wonderful and funny. The complimentary transportation from the airport to the property and complimentary dinner prepared for us was excellent. We loved it so much that we wanted to go back after returning to the US. We will definitely be going back to this place because we are afraid to book any other property fearing that it may not be as great as this one. Roy

Vacation at D Washington!

Overall, the condo was nice and clean and it was a good location. There are pictures of different types of beds in the condos so double check which ones you are receiving. Also, the hot tub does not work and the pool chairs are minimal (2 that aren’t broken).

Highly Recommend

I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Jamaica. The place is clean. We went in March and didn't experience any mosquitos. It's not too far from the party areas in Montego Bay and not too far from the Airport. The chef made excellent food. The place is clean and the host is readily available for any questions or concerns.

Would Return

The property was lovely and well kept. Communication with Lelith was easy with quick response. Meal on arrival was great. I will definitely consider staying at this property in the future. Honest employees! I left 2 rings at the property and they were recovered. From a travel industry standpoint my only feedback is to use uniformed white towels in all bathrooms.

Spacious unit

This property was clean and spacious. The manager was friendly, and very considerate. Our plane was delayed and we were running late but she and Miss Joan (the chef) waited and helped us get settled. The location was good, close to stores, but not directly in the middle of town. Miss Joan is a great cook, so recommend you have her cook for you.

Paradise home away from home

My friends (4 other girls) and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! If you are looking for a paradise home away from home this is the place. The house manager Ms. Lelith and her husband Bryan are the kindest and most helpful people ever. Ms. Lelith went above and beyond to ensure my birthday trip was a success and even bought a cake and decorated the condo. Bryan ensured our safety to and from all our excursions. We will miss you guys so much! They pretty much felt like our parents away from home which was nice and reassuring. Pros: The rooms are very spacious! The couch is extremely comfortable. The property is beautiful and gated in a nice location. We felt very very safe and it was 5 ladies. The grocery story is only like 3 minutes away and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Cons: Mosquitos! Bring some extra mosquito repellent candles (There were some in the house) also bug spray. Hot tub wasn't working (which is what I reallyyy wanted to enjoy) but its no fault of the owner. The hot tub is part of the entire condo property not just this specific unit. Tips: Book massages with Bridgette! We did and it was amazing. Also, Ms. Jennifer the chef .. whew Chile.. her food is amazing. If you enjoy oxtails ask her to include that with your complimentary meal. It is a little extra but well worth it!! Also, try to plan out what excursions you want so you can work with Ms. Lelith on timing and pricing for the rides. ALSO DONT CONVERT YOUR MONEY AT THE AIRPORT... just keep your USD. Enjoy and safe travels!

OMG this property was the best

Omg .. this property was awesome very clean and spacious had the best service possible the meals that were prepared were delicious 😋 best food We’ve eaten. Our driver was amazing took us everywhere. Amazing and will do it again

We loved this home and all the amenities that it came with it. As much as my friends and I travel, not only was this location one of our favorites, but the stay was what made things better. Lelith was a great host; was on scene when we arrived and stayed in contact with us during our whole stay. The chef that prepped the meal, did a great job with that. For a group of 6, it was definitely enough to feed us twice; which we loved. Then the drivers that came with the home; great way to stay safe and get around. We paid $10 a person for the rides, but that was to and from the locations and the drivers STAYED WITH US! From our club nights to our beaching days, our drivers always ensured our safety and that was the best part of the experience. We love this team and would recommend and have recommended this location to so many people. We cannot wait to return back!!

Awesome!!!

This was a dream vacation! The apartment was everything we could have imagined and even more..modern, clean, perfect furnishings and decorations. The complex was walking distance to food and shopping. Lelith, the property manager was awesome! Very accommodating and she gave some awesome recommendations on things we should do and see while there. We fell in love with our driver Mike! He was always very professional transporting us and looking out for us on our excursions. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip! Trust me you can't go wrong with this property! Best vacation ever!!!!

Perfect location and great service!

Our second stay here and it was awesome. Week one volunteer trip with my staff and second week with my family. Lots of things within walking distance. We discovered the bowling alley and casino on this trip a five minute walk away. From reservation to check it, process was flawless! Will definitely be back soon!

Our new home away from home

This is easily the best vacation we have ever had as a family and a huge part of that goes to this beautiful home we had the pleasure of renting for 7 days. The home looks exactly like the pictures, truth be told the pictures don't capture all the beautiful landscaping on the grounds. The complex is barely 10 minutes away from the airport so after a long flight from Oregon, it helped we didn't have to go far. Lilleth the local property manager was so very helpful and accommodating. Ms Jennifer our cook was outstanding. She literally could open her own restaurant. Theo our state side contact was always available via email and answered every question we had before we arrived. I couldn't recommend this apartment more. We will most definitely be back.

I would stay here again! It met my needs more than I expected and the owner was the absolute best!!!

I have stayed in rental properties and I must say this was one of my best experiences!!! The owner Theo was absolutely helpful, courteous and honest each step of the way. Anything I needed driver, cook, cleaning services, advice, he was there each step of the way to make sure my girls trip to Jamaica was phenomenal! It was easy to contact him and I felt this communication is essential when planning an international trip. I am truly thankful for all his time, effort and willingness to ensure I enjoyed and loved my trip. The pictures look as clean and beautiful in person as it did on the website, the property manager Ms. Lelith was easy to contact, present and gave us great advice about places to visit and eat at during our stay. I will definitely come back to Jamaica and when I do, I will be staying at this villa again because I could not have been happier. Thank you for making this vacation for me and my girls one of the best ones I have had!!!!!! Can't wait for the next one...
