Perfect location. For the price the place is ok. I wish the service was better and it would have been nice to know before my arrival that it was self service and the front desk closes at 5pm to avoid the hassle upon arrival.

Good studio apartment

Overall the studio apt is good. Great location. The only bad thing was finding the place. It is located at turtle towers but the security guards do not know which apt or who to call when you get there. Called all of the numbers on the confirmation with no answer. Finally one of the security called a woman that was the property manager and she came and gave the key. The tv in the room is an old box tv that would not turn on. The maintenance guy said he would be back to fix it. After several hours and calls to him he stopped answering my calls. Well good thing I didn’t come to stay in the room and watch tv. With some manoeuvring I did end up getting it on myself but come on tvs are cheap now. Buy a new one for the room please. Overall the place is decent. Good stay for the price just the check in is the problem.

Very nice location close to restaurants and shopping!! Clean and quiet rooms and friendly staff!! Can't wait to come back

We walked in and the room stinks the sheets looked used the room look like something people use for a few hours and then leave (if you know what I mean) we had to wait in our car because they had no reception so we had to wait for 10 minutes or more while someone come and get us. They had no information that we were coming 'I wasn't expecting you' she said. Also no hot water. Worse hotel in Jamaica. We could not stay there so we left.

An Ant Hill- Horrible place

The stay was awful. To start the name Island Breeze doesn't exist and not know by anyone including the taxi driver. The taxi took us around the island but nobody knows the place. The taxi driver eventually got someone on the phone after several tries and we were told to go to Turtle Beach Towers Condominiums. Getting there the security men at the gate doesn't know Island Breeze and they were not expecting us. We were asked to try another place and it was not there. The taxi driver rang again and we went back to the Turtle Beach Towers Condominiums and asked the security men to ring themselves. They called a lady who happened to be an agent but she was not expecting us. She went to check and came back our booking was actually Turtle Beach Towers but she was there to receive another customers and that the place has been double booked. We eventually checked in. The place was like ants hill full of ants colonies mostly the bathroom and the kitchen. It was described as having queen bed but it was two single beds badly joined together with a wide gap in between. The bedding and the mattresses needs replacement. It was not a comfortable sleep. The windows are not locking which poses a security threat as it's on the ground floor. My wife was scared to sleep. No toiletries were supplied. We had to go to the nearby supermarket to purchase them. The place as it looks is not suitable for letting. We managed to stay there because it was booked for two nights only otherwise we would move

Jacked up island breeze hotel

On arrival the y sprayed the hotel with bug spray which was very pungent, the room was ratty and you could see outside the air conditioning unit in the wall. I refused to stay in that room because of health reasons. I spent the night on the 8th floor then was moved to turtle towers which was much better. The owner and the house keeper made my stay worth while at turtle towers.

shabby room close to the beach

the room was shabby. toilet paper hanger broke and just left hanging there. the door to the bathroom was a piece of plywood. the 2 windows latches were broken and seeing this was ground floor made security a hazard. the worse though was the air conditioner. it was from the dark ages, knobs broke off. it limped along through our 8 days and finally quit working the last 2 days. the beach and the pool were nice and close to the room. the hotel staff were nice but seemed to think the air conditioner was a luxury.

ホテルというよりはコンドのオーナーが貸し出しているので一般のホテルのようなフロントサービスもなくチェックインの確認（到着時間等）が事前に電話で必要でした。 英語で電話できないとちょっと大変かもしれません。キーはセキュリティゲートで受け取り深夜11時でもチェックインできました。 部屋は値段なりでビーチも近いのでまあまあでした。 建物は写真ほどきれいではなく10年以上は経っているので特にバスルームは古さが感じられます。
