The property was wonderful, the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and we had an awesome driver, Lee, which Patricia setup for us. Would have been even better if everything in the area was open but the beach was ultra private as a result and the pool in the complex was awesome.

Jamaican Paradise Getaway

I was here for 5 days with my husband and oldest daughter. We also met up with some of our friends here that stayed close by. Patricia was a great communicator and the property was amazing and accomdating. We would definitely stay again! Our driver Lee was awesome too. Patricia reffered us to Lee. Home away from home!

The property was exactly as described! It is in a very quiet location and is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The beach is just a short walk away and is beautiful with great sunsets!Patrica was great, she communicated well with us and helped with everything we needed. The pool right out the door is nice too! There is also a pizza place and a restaurant next door at the yacht club which is very convenient! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

An beautiful place

My mother and I stayed for a last minute trip and the place was exactly what we needed. It was bright, airy and close to the beach.The place was also very secure with a security post and person posted there. I loved the front nook as it has plenty of natural light, some really good art books and comfortable day bed. If you want to party this is not your place - its one of serenity and restoration. Exactly what my mother and I needed. When I return back, this place will be top of my list to stay. I hope its available every time I want to stay in it!

Home Away From Home

I can not say enough good things about my stay! Everything from the booking flowed naturally. The home is absolutely stunning. The pictures are good but once you see it with your own eyes, WOW! Well kept property. Everything you need plus more is provided for your use. Mrs Patricia is an AMAZING and GRACIOUS woman. Honest and very up front.! RESPECT! She goes above and beyond for her guests. I literally felt as if I was one of her children. You have everything you need right there. The pool, right outside the door. The beach is across the road and is BEAUTIFUL. It was heaven on earth for us. I would definitely recommend family and friends. This experience was nothing short of peace, LOVE and a little party! And Alex and myself will see you soon! You’re stuck with us! Love you Mrs Patricia 💜

Rude, standoffish,inconsiderant and unfreindly!

The property was ok, the host was unfreindly, standoffish, our flight came in early,we had nowhere else to go but to the property, we called host to ket her know we are waiting at property,and she could careless to be honest..we wsitied 3 hours!! Untill she decided to come let us in..as PAYING guests we expected better.. she gave an I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE BOTTOM LINE. WE WILL NOT BE REFERRING ANYONE TO HER PERIOD..

Like staying at your thoughtful aunt's place

Everything has been considered in Patricia's property––from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable daybed in the sunroom. It's like staying at your aunt's house: comfortable, clean, taken care of. Patricia was extra thoughtful with me, accommodating my fragrance sensitivities in advance by providing new bedding. This residential development is low-key and serene, with a bayside walkway and a short, easy stroll to a nearby beach.

Close to perfection!

I was thoroughly impressed. Apartment was exactly as listed. I was particularly impressed with the owners attention to details. All the basic necessities were included including sanitizers, mosquitoe spray, emergency numbers and listing clearly visible, paper towels, toilet paper, even makeup wipes for the ladies. A trove of clean linens available to your disposal. The bedroom was exquisitely decorated with spacious storage and closets. The king size bed is was comfortable for your needs. A beautiful patio option allowed additional space for entertaining or just relaxing. The view overlooks the pool and there are books available for those who may want to indulge in a little reading. A house information booklet, provided details regarding surrounding area restaurants, taxi sevices, hospital care and most importantly WiFI password. If you are looking for an extended stay or a quick weekend getaway, this is the perfect setting. Located in a gated community you have the options for using the pool, taking walks along the marina which was calming and just breathtakingly beautiful or taking a short walk across the street to use the beach area. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to be close in town but in a safe secured setting. While it is a 1 bedroom there is an additional bed that would be sufficient for a third party or child. My only issue and very minor obsevation was the lack of a wall plug in the bathroom. Otherwise 9.8/10!

Birthday vacation!

My husband and I spent our birthdays at the property and we absolutely loved the unit and the property. The home was clean and inviting. The bed and linens were practically new! Ms Patricia had beverages and light snacks that came in super handy. I will consider this property in the future. Thank you for every single thing. She was also very responsive and checked in with me almost daily. Thank you for that too.

This place is absolutely awesome. It satisfied all our needs and more. My finace enjoyed the pool immensely and in his opinion sitting at the edge of the ocean overlooking the yacht club was soul soothing. Especially at night. Top notch in regard to cleanliness, location and accessibility to everything that you may need and so very peaceful.

Beaiutiful, relaxing home away from home in a dream location!

Our stay was so incredibly restful and amazing as "Idle Time on the Bay" was everything it promised to be! Patricia was the perfect host - charming, warm and extremely helpful in every way. She stayed in touch to ensure all was well without being intrusive. The apartment was spotless and beautifully appointed as Patricia has a deorative flair and eye for detail ensuring that all the amenities we needed were at hand. The complex is well maintained with gorgeous grounds - fruit trees, orchids, immaculately manicured lawns. We enjoyed our morning cup in the sun room overlooking the pool, the mango trees and hummingbirds. It was so cool to have the marina on one end where we enjoyed a stroll and the private beach only a minute away on the other side across from the property. The complex and the area are quiet and secure and in close proximity to the best restaurants and shopping. We'll definitely be back! Thanks for taking care of us, Patricia! Looking forward to staying with you again very soon!

This place exceeded my expectations. I was just looking for a cozy stay close to the resort my friend was having her wedding so I picked this little condo. It had EVERYTHING we needed and honestly felt like home. Ms. Patricia was very pleasant and communicative. The place was super cleaned and had a refreshing scent upon walking in. I slept like a baby in the queen/king sized bed. My Buddy slept on the little day bed in the living area and barely wanted to get up. The pool was nice and chill. It’s very quiet and peaceful here and I can’t wait to visit again. It’s in a gated community so it felt very safe. We had no problem getting a taxi to get around, just walked up to the front gate and asked the guard. We dined right across the walking path at the Marina club and the food was amazing. Very grateful to have found this gem!

Just what the doctor ordered

This property looks exactly as advertised, it is fully stocked with everything needed for your stay with complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. The check in process was simple and communication with host is fast and efficient. The place is beyond clean....it's immaculate. The king size bed is ultra comfortable and the grounds are kept nicely. Location is central to everything. Patricia is a wonderful host with great energy and a kind spirit. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to unwind and enjoy Jamaica.

No problem landlord were very helpful and nice, I will come again and the taxi driver Leroy very friendly he told me a lot about Jamaica and show me some nice places to visit when my wife and I come again . The property is within 10 mins walk to the beach and very short ride to restaurants and the airport
