"This villa was the perfect stay. It was like staying at your favorite cousins house. Not a resort. A very cozy and intimate place. "Do NOT book this property. It is not really open, there are broken items all over, the pool is not usable and they literally have a master that will allow them to enter your room whenever they want. They also don’t have front desk staff and they should be officially removed from Expedia. We arrived and promptly left after 30 minutes. STAY AWAY!!!!"

"Overall the property was mediocre. When we got to the airport we called for transportation, as planned before hand, and there was no response, so we had to rent a driver from the airport. When we got there there was no welcome and the orientation wasn't well coordinated. "Great location and wonderful staff. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for basic, no frills, no pool, no all inclusive place to stay right on Seven Mile Beach. "La habitacion estuvo limpia, aunque el agua de la regadera se salio hacia el baño y pasillo, el personal es MUY ATENTO, el desayuno muy basico, pero si se agradece iniciar el día con un cafe y un desayuno. Algunas áreas del hotel necesitan mayor limpieza (elevador) La estancia estuvo muy bien y comoda, bien ubicado el hotel, muy cerca de la playa. La alberca no pudimos verla hasta el ultimo minuto."
