A leisurely pace in the hills (Montefiore Conca), just a few kilometers from the sea.

The house is located in Montefiore Conca, one of Italy’s most beautiful small villages (“Orange Flag”). Morciano di Romagna is a 5-minute drive away. Rimini, Riccione, Cattolica, Pesaro, Gradara, Urbino, San Marino, and San Leo are also easily accessible.
The house is situated in a splendid panoramic location, with views of the sea and the hills: it is an oasis of peace and serenity, surrounded by nature.
A large, flat garden with a panoramic wooden terrace welcomes our guests for parties, weddings, and cultural gatherings. Two sides of the house open onto a spacious porch overlooking the garden, which is furnished with tables.
Inside the house, four spacious bedrooms (with the option of 5-4-3-2 beds) can accommodate up to 18 guests. The central hall can be used for social gatherings and training courses. The kitchen, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, can be shared by guests upon request for an additional fee.
The property can also be rented in its entirety—with kitchen use included in the price—by groups of friends, family members, course participants, coworkers, athletes, and others.
The rolling hills and the short distance to the Misano World Circuit (17–20 minutes by motorcycle or car) make our home an ideal place to stay for cyclists and motorcyclists.
For those who enjoy walking along trails, through woods, and up hills, our home is located at a crossroads of trails well-marked by the CAI, offering glimpses of the beauty of the Rimini hinterland.
If you love horses, the Marignano Equestrian Center—a renowned riding school and venue for international competitions—is the perfect place to visit.
You can also follow routes that lead to tastings of excellent wines, olive oils, and cheeses produced by local farms.
Spiritual pilgrims—and others—can also find, at the Sanctuary of Bonora (Holy Door of the Jubilee), in the Church of St. Paul in Montefiore Conca, and in the Church of St. Biagio in Saludecio—which houses the relics of St. Amato—destinations of particular historical, artistic, and religious interest.
Guests have access to all outdoor areas of the property (parking lot, large portico, garden, olive grove), the four ground-floor rooms, and the kitchen-dining room.
Our family lives on the upper floor, with a separate entrance from the guests’. Maximum privacy is guaranteed.
