Sughera Villa is a lovely holiday rental (600 sq m) with air conditioning, WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 23 people comfortably in 11 bedrooms with 13 bathrooms. Conveniently located 7 km (5 mi) from Montecatini Alto, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings" and only 35 km (22 mi) from Lucca. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on vacation.

IMPORTANT:

- Groups of teenagers are not allowed in the property.
- If guests travel by Caravan, an additional fee of 50€ will be charged on the spot (charging cost per stay).
- For each e-vehicle a supplement will be collected on the spot.
