The hotel looks like a hairdressing salon: all is black&white, fancy, trying to look luxurious... and that: I don´t like. I´m sure many others will like that style; I prefer more casual, authentic, and was expecting something "more" Tuscany style hotel (I don´t know if it exists... what I know is that LHP is NOT). Don´t misunderstand me: To book this hotel was my mistake. The hotel functionality is great, all clean, great bkfst, nice and professional people, rooms are ok, bathrooms good size, everything works perfectly. I just don´t like those lights, led lights everywhere, that "stylish" design, the multicolor sofa (in between all the B&W furniture) with the sign "It is forbidden to seat here"... again: for me, it was like staying in a hairdressing salon. Will never do it again :) Sorry guys at LHP... not your fault to see the world as you do.

Look at hotels nearby before booking this hotel
It's the worst hotel I have been to this year. The room was too small. Breakfast doesn't correspond to the category of 5-star hotels. Stuff asked us every breakfast would we have dinner at the hotel restaurant? The plumbing is old and noisy, the water doesn't always stop after the toilet flush is used. In addition for all the abovementioned the man who was at the reception desk wrote in our check-out bill spa treatments for 90 EUR. All the arguments that we didn't use massage in the hotel were not heard. Only the argument that the spa was closed when we were checking in at the hotel influenced him to write off the massage fee regretfully.

Buongiorno,è stata per me una vacanza lavoro..mi sono trovato molto bene,l’albergo è tenuto bene ,molto moderno e stiloso.. ,ottima colazione ottimo ristorante ottima scelta di vini e di coktel..volevo fare un appunto sul personale :tutti veramente gentili dai ragazzi del check in alle ragazze dei piani e alla bella giovane e gentile direttrice...ma devo assolutamente fare un plauso alla gentilezza e la professionalità di Alessio Shamira e in particolare al capo sala Gaetano.. ci tornerò sicuramente!!!

Flot hotel. Receptionisterne kunne ikke snakke særlig godt engelsk. Så det var lidt svært at kommunikere. Lige da vi var kommet ind på værelset låser en ansat sig selv ind uden at banke på.. service var ikke i top. Men der var ikke så mange mennesker og morgenmaden var super god

L’hôtel est très bien mais il n’y à vraiment rien à faire à Montecatini. Piscine sur le toit un peu petite et prise d’assaut par les italiens qui laissent leurs serviettes toute la journée pour bloquer les transats (comme ils le font de partout)

Toppenhotell!
Vilket härligt hotell! Lyxigt femstjärnigt hotell med fantastisk service! Vi hade lite strul med bubbelbadet på vår altan, men hotellet löste det till slut och kompenserade oss mycket generöst. Poolen på taket är liten men sval och skön, härligt att ligga där uppe och njuta i solen. Tjejen i poolbaren var jättetrevlig, service med ”det lilla extra” varje dag. Restaurangen bjöd på fantastisk frukost, väldigt god middag och utsökta viner. Städningen var helt perfekt. Läget är också mycket bra, nära till källorna och funicolaren samt centrum med alla butiker och restauranger. Detta hotell rekommenderas varmt!

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, man wird nicht nur als Nummer behandelt. Haus mit großzügigem Komfort. Hotel und Zimmer wirken sehr ,,clean“, Ausstattung eher etwas kühl. Sehr gute Küche im dazugehörigem Restaurant. Getränkepreise sind etwas zu hoch. Großzügige Suiten. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Ich kann das Hotel aus mehreren Gründen leider nicht empfehlen: - am Anreisetag wurden mir 100€ als Kaution von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht, die ich bis heute (3 Wochen später) nicht zurückerhalten habe. Ich habe bereits mehrere emails an das Hotel geschrieben und auch schon angerufen. Leider ohne Erfolg. - das Hotel an sich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man kann mal ne Nacht dort schlafen aber empfehlen würde ich es meinen Freunden nicht - Frühstück war gut, allerdings scheint es hier 2 Preisgruppen gegeben zu haben. Personen an anderen Tischen konnten andere Sachen bestellen. Ich hätte es hier gut gefunden, hätte man eine Erklärung bekommen. Wenn es hier einfach 2 Preiskategorien gibt, ist das absolut in Ordnung, dass wir manche Sachen nicht bestellen konnten, ich hätte mir hier allerdings Transparenz gewünscht. Das was wir bestellen konnten war aber auch gut (außer das Brot, das ist etwas trocken, da es morgens schon auf die Teller verteilt wird. Hier empfehle ich immer frisches Toast zu bestellen, wenn Sie sich für das Hotel entscheiden)

We were on a honeymoon, got an update on junior sweet, which was wonderful. friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. We decided to extend our stay for two more days. and bought the hotel perfume to enjoy at home. Thank you for making our stay so perfect. Ellert and Svana

Nice enough but don’t pay for the spa
The hotel is a 5-star hotel but a far cry from other 5-star hotels like the Hotel Excelsior Vittoria in Sorrento. But It’s modern and suits one’s needs just fine. We had a balcony with a wonderful view of Montercatini Alto. The location is ideal, a short walk down tree lined streets to the park and Ristorante Gourmet, perhaps the best meal we’ve had in Italy. The rooftop pool is small but sufficient enough for wading and sunning oneself with panoramic views. We opted for spa access and we’re extremely disappointed. The Turkish bath wasn’t working, the door handle on the ice shower is falling off, the emotional shower was barely a mist and pointless, and the jets in the main thermal pool were temperamental; They wouldn’t respond to us pushing the button to turn them on. The sauna was the only thing that seemed to be in proper condition.

Clean, but nothing in the room Minibar but no glas No wifi and crazy answer of the staff : no wifi because the hotel was full! In fact the last day we had a friendly staf , a young woman , who had the idea to reinstall the routeur and it worked … The swimming pool is very small, and the small space was crowded

God service venligt personale. Beliggende i rolige omgivelser Mad og drikke på hotellet i den dyre ende, for dyrt til at vi løbende gjorde brug af det. Der var en fantastisk tagterrasse med pool, dog var der ikke solparasoller (som beskrevet)så det var for varmt til at opholde sig der i længere tid.

Would not rate this a five star hotel. Room was adequate but extra bed for our son was extremely uncomfortable. Bed was not ready, no extra towels for third person. Was fine for an overnight but nothing more.

Decisamente un Hotel raffinato e moderno
Grande gentilezza e professionalità del personale. Un piccolo incidente è stato prontamente risolto dalla direzione. Ambiente moderno con una parte esterna molto piacevole Piscina sul tetto con una buona vista sulla città e sulle colline di Montecationi.
