Holiday home Villa Umbra is a lovely stone building (600 sq m) that includes private pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can accommodate up to 15 guests comfortably in seven bedrooms with four bathrooms. Conveniently located 8 km (5 mi) from Città Di Castello, Italy in the tourist area "San Sepolcro And Surroundings" and only 44 km (27 mi) from Arezzo.

What to Expect
Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing holiday in Umbria. Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, sightseeing, shopping or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Umbria. Outdoors you will also find a barbecue grill and patio. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a huge part of the Italian culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 15 people. This beautiful farmhouse is divided internally into 3 non-communicating apartments: 1 (sleeps 5) on the ground floor and 2 (sleeps 4 and 6 people) upstairs. On the ground floor there is also a large room for the guests use, set up on 2 levels with large fireplace, tables and chairs, WC and 3 steps below: a big professional kitchen with oven, freezer, stove and dishwasher.
The area is renowned for its truffles and the owners organize (on request) wonderful truffle and game based dinners.
