We had a great stay at this property and would definitely recommend it. The location was excellent being just a short walk to both the beach and town. The host was also very responsive and helpful when we had an issue, which we really appreciated.

What an amazing house! We traveled as a family of 4 adult couples to make a vacation out of a wedding we were going to. The house was absolutely perfect for us. Just enough privacy as well as a large dining room and living room area where we could all be together. Our favorite spot was the full front porch with the ocean view. Perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.

Great stay at a great place

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location was great - walking distance to the beach and close to supermarkets and good restaurants. And the house was gorgeous. Will highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect location. In town with family for a wedding and the house provided plenty of space for all. It had everything to host a gathering of meals and good times. The views were stunning and the beach access was perfect. Memories and the house will be talked about for years to come. TY

Montauk fun for the whole family!

Our family including grandchildren enjoyed the wonderful accommodations and spectacular setting of the Sunrise Guest House. John and Stacey were responsive and so pleasant!

Girls Weekend

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Love the house and space was perfect for us. The stocked coffee bar was a bonus. Loved getting up and having my coffee on the porch staring at the ocean and so convenient to be able to walk to town. We will definitely book again :)

It is a fabulous property and the owners are super helpful. My only complaint would be it is a little dirty but we all had a blast and would happily come back.

Great Family Getaway Weekend

We stayed for the weekend with our teens. The setup is great and well set up for your stay. Loved that we had spaces to gather and to separate- plus no competition for a bathroom! The view is stunning and a short walk to the beach for beautiful sunrises. Would’ve loved to stay longer and hope to return in the future!

Off season getaway

Stayed here in mid-April for a quick spring break. It was beautiful and relaxing. The beach is across the street. The town is about a mile away. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful stay in Montauk!

This property is perfect for a group/family trip to Montauk! It is spacious with a large kitchen, tons of outdoor space and most of the rooms have en suite bathrooms. Check-in was easy through a code system and just across the road is beautiful beach. The host was immediately responsive when we had issues accessing the wifi and made the stay seamless throughout!
