Imagine sitting on the spacious deck while watching the sun rise over Lake Montauk, enjoying indoor/outdoor living in a spacious home creating memories with family, and taking advantage of all Montauk has to offer. This home, which was renovated in 2019, is centrally located with convenient access to world class golfing, the pristine ocean beach, the lively harbor, hiking trails, and Montauk village. The home is comfortable, and clean with a charm which will truly make it feel like a home away from home. In true Montauk fashion, the bright and airy living space is located on the second floor, with an open floor plan, hardwood floors, and vaulted ceilings, and a well-appointed kitchen. Walk out to the wraparound deck through sliding glass doors in the front and rear and relax on the outdoor couches or dine al fresco. There are two bedrooms with queen beds on the second floor, along with a full bath. Downstairs there is a room with a queen bed, two bedrooms that each have two twin beds, a full bath, and a den with sliding doors to the fenced in pool area complete with a grill. Relax at the pool, enjoy meals outdoors or in, or unwind on the wraparound second story deck, while benefiting from the vibrance of Montauk. End the day gazing at the stars and enjoying the sea breeze.

The house is fully equipped and includes high speed WiFi, TV’s with cable, air conditioning, a gas oven, a grill, and a full size washer/dryer. It is less than half a mile from Montauk Downs State Park, which has an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool and wading pool for children. It is less than a 5 minute drive to the village, harbor, and Ditch Plains beach.

Please inquire about dates before requesting to book due to cross listings. We ask that rentals are for families only, with a minimum rental age of 30 (ID required with booking). We do not allow parties, prom weekends, outside vendors, or any events on the property. Per town regulations, there can be no more than 4 cars parked on the property and no street parking for renters. House shares are not permitted by town regulations. Please keep in mind that this policy is in place because this is our second home and we expect it to be treated as such.

The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day, but may be open slightly earlier or later weather permitting.

**Please be aware that motion activated floodlights that record video footage are installed on the garage facing the driveway for security reasons**
