"This place was amazing! We have stayed at quite a few short term rentals over the years and sometimes the pictures make it look better than reality--not so here! The views are spectacular! When we first arrived, we couldn't pull ourselves off of the lanai for the first day. Eating breakfast each morning with these views was unforgettable. We were hoping for three things--a beautiful ocean view, a quiet, off the beaten path location, and easy access to explore the island. This had...

"We wanted a quiet and small property and this was it! Beautifully appointed apartment, easy walk to the beach. Truly was a wonderful stay! Loved the convenience store a block away, had wonderful deli with all the essentials. "

"It was crystal clean inside the property.Location was closer to the turtle beach. Quiet neighborhood. Though this is an older property, it was renovated to the best. All upgraded appliances worked as expected and TVs in bedrooms too. An elevator would be a nice addition, we had to carry all our big luggages to the 2nd floor through stairs.The HOA could put some effort to keep the outside of the property painted and maintain clean walls. "

"El lugar está bien, está bien ubicado el Kailua, pero su playa está muy picada, y tienes que rentar un carro si te quieres mover y conocer la isla, cobran extra por el estacionamiento y por las toallas, el aseo de la habitación lo hacen un día sí y otro no, cosa que no comprendo, entonces en realidad terminas pagando como si llegaras a un hotel más caro"

"Enjoyed the spacious, comfortable, conveniently located unit for a week. Hawaii themed living room, ground floor location, well equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom with king bed. The lanai was sizable with a table and chairs, and connected directly to the grounds. The central location makes access to the rest of the island convenient."
