"This was a hard review to write. Technically, everything was presented as listed. However, there were no extra blankets and it took the unit a long time to warm up after arriving to thermostats set at 55, outdoor temp was 15 with an overnight low of 10. The beds only had sheets and a thin coverlet, burrr. The beds need some attention. "Nice condo in a good location for a ski weekend. A little dated but overall was clean with the exception of floors as they needed to be mopped. Unfortunately the ceilings are pretty thin and this being a downstairs unit, well, you can hear every footstep upstairs. It was pretty bad the fist night with tenants coming in after midnight and staying up until 2am. Just something to be aware of. All in all it was a good rental for the price and location"

"Overall it was a nice, small place. I would HIGHLY recommend you bring your own king size sheets - unless you like polyester sheets. And bring your pillow, they were absolutely horrible - like somone stuffed old socks and sweaters into a pillowcase. Also, the windows need repair, they are very heavy and do not stay open on their own. You can prop them open, but watch out for your fingers! The floors are VERY warped, but whatever, it's an old building. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and...

"Property rule for no smoking anywhere on property was a no go for my smoking wife. At prior rentals made through Vrbo, smoking permitted on balcony or open areas. Specific rules received in email 4 days before arrival. Shame on me for not getting details up front. Expensive mistake."
