"Over all the staff was helpful and e ngaging. I have one negative remark. We had dinner in the fine dining restaurant. We did not make reservations. We we got there there no other being used. We asked if we could have a window table and were told they were reserved tables. We were seated at a table next to the bar where staff was going by frequently. The whole time we were there only 2 table were used. We spent $135.00 and had to sit at a less then desirable table."

"We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was beautiful. The only issue we had was that we accidentally went to the adults-only pool because we weren’t aware there was a family pool a short 2–3 minute walk away. We mentioned it to the staff, and they were very understanding. They apologized and gave us a $50 credit to use at the restaurant, which we really appreciated. "I was prevented from using the accommodation because the host imposed a material check-in restriction that was never disclosed before booking and was not mentioned when I specifically asked about checking in after my wedding event. I reasonably relied on the listing and the host's response to my email when planning my arrival. Only on the day of check-in was I informed that I would forfeit the reservation unless I arrived by 10:00 PM. As a result, I was unable to use the accommodation I had paid...

"Great location for a private getaway. Easy access to beach across the street and close to farm stands, dairy farms for ice cream, and other neat places to explore, like Salmon Arm. BBQ super easy to use, and owners lovely to connect with. Definitely would stay here again. "
