"We were there for four months this winter and loved that house everyday. The great room is so light filled but we also enjoyed the small den with the fireplace on rainy days. Our host very very friendly and responsive. This place is a real find."

"Beautiful property. Everything about the unit was top notch. We truly enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking and sitting by the fireplace on the deck after dinner.Kitchen was well stocked for those looking to cook.Great location. Super convenient to restaurants, shopping and hiking."

"My husband, our dog and I spent a week in this wonderful, well appointed home located on picturesque property surrounded by massive Rhododendrons and moss & lichen-covered old hardwoods. There is a small, shallow creek in the backyard great for splashing around in the cool water. The hot tub was so relaxing. We had the best time staying cool in the middle of August. 20 minutes from Black Mountain or Old Fort (great brewery), 30 minutes from Asheville. We also went to Catawba Falls. So much...

"Came to visit some hurricane victims my husband and I had helped to celebrate the 4th with. This home was charming cute and clean. Filled with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown black mountain. Will absolutely stay again when we return. Host was great and quick to communicate. Highly recommend if passing through."

"Perfect home for a little weekend getaway! It was so fun to explore this area but then be able to go back to such a charming and comfortable space. It was convenient to everything in Black Mountain but it was also a quick and easy drive to Asheville. The home was stocked with all the essentials, plenty of linens, and fun games/books. The host was communicative and had plenty of recommendations for us during our stay. We hope to be able to visit again soon! "

"Beautiful cozy home with amazing views and is very well equipped. Brian and Jennifer (Host) were absolutely wonderful making sure we had all we needed, they even sent Beautiful flowers with a sympathy note in support of my mothers funeral.Thank you so much Brian & Jennifer for your prayers and kind words!!!!!"

"Walked to the pool thru the golf course path. There are no sidewalks along the street to the pool. Downtown a bit too far to walk and had rain each day of our trip. Very clean home - only one small spider which is amazing given all the trees in Black Mountain. The gas fireplace was wonderful. Didn't use the grill. Very accommodating host.
