Wonderful place. Close to Rothbury center. Outdoor seating was beautiful and large enough for the whole family to sit together. Would recommend this for other families that enjoy a quiet setting to spend time talking and enjoying the outdoors

Week long Getaway

Great stay

We have gone to this place 4 times now and it is great every time we stay there. The host is fantasic very quick to respond. Love the fact that I have plenty of room to park my enclosed trailer with are machines in it for the dunes.

Great location 10 min from the beach!

We loved the isolation and privacy the property offered but also being so close to the lake and town. The hosts are amazingly communicative and know the area well - they have a host (see what I did there?) of fun recommendations for you no matter what your interests are. We really only came back to sleep, do laundry, and prep for the next day on the beach, but the property was perfect. Our pup loved the open field and our son loved the toy room, slide, and basement play area! Mom and dad loved staying in a room that opened up to the deck. A perfect option for families!

Great stay quiet getaway

We stay at VRBO quit a bit and loved staying at this property. It was so quiet and had lots of acreage to walk our dog 🐕 on the trails. The inside was impeccably clean, which is #1 for me. We slept on a very comfortable queen bed, but they had 2 other bedrooms with plenty of room for the rest of the family! The downstairs has a very comfortable family room with a large screen tv and game room for the kids with pingpong and air hockey. Oh and did I mention the natural wood fireplace on the main level, as well as outside fire pit. So much to enjoy!! So close to many conveniences and year round fun outdoor activities!! You won't miss on staying at this property! We will return for sure!!

Quiet getaway

Quiet and peaceful place to just enjoy nature and we was only 25 minutes away to go take our side by sides to the sand dunes! Enjoyed the area of the home surrounded by nature it was great seeing deer just walking around. Home was nice with plenty to do inside also.

Michigan vacation

Nice quiet piece of property. Very easy to kick back and relax. We go rained out Sunday and thank god they had extras for kids. We had a blast playing ping pong and air hockey. I would definitely recommend this place

near Claybanks

very nice house with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with an awesome 2 headed shower! We all loved that. The Kitchen was great and met our needs. We loved the privacy of the place and knowing we could come back from a day at the beach to a secluded and calm spot! My 2 friends are allergic to scents and we did put one smelly thing outside during our stay. We would have liked a couple of comfy chairs in the living room.. we used the white plastic ones..and the couch was kinda too soft and hard to get out of! And we all would prefer plain cotton sheets! that said we had a great stay and hope to stay here again!

Another brilliant holiday!

This was our second time staying here, and we definitely want to keep coming back! House was great; perfect peaceful location and near lots of things to do for our 4 year old. The suggestions of things to do nearby as well as grocery stores and food places was really helpful. Perfect trip!
