  • Sous les Arbres es una hermosa casa de campo construida en piedra con un apartamento exclusivo para nuestros huéspedes. La casa está ubicada en la ladera, rodeada de árboles y hermosas vistas. Cassagnal es una pequeña aldea en la comuna de Montagudet, situada a las afueras de Lauzerte, en la ruta Le chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle, y también en la Chemin de grande randonée de Pays GRP. El sonido de los pájaros es maravilloso y si tienes suerte puedes ver ciervos y otros animales en el jardín.

    Solo hay un apartamento de alquiler en Sous les Arbres que tiene uso exclusivo de las instalaciones descritas. El apartamento consta de alojamiento con cocina, todo en un solo nivel. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble y el baño es en suite. El segundo dormitorio tiene la opción de una cama doble o dos camas individuales y está adyacente al segundo baño. La sala de estar es de planta abierta con una cocina bien equipada y hay zonas de salón y comedor. Fuera del apartamento en el patio, hay una pérgola con una mesa y sillas para comer al aire libre y hay acceso al jardín y la piscina al aire libre donde hay otra área para comer. Tenga en cuenta que la piscina está alarmada pero no cerrada. Hay un espacio de estacionamiento dedicado en el patio para su vehículo (s). Si te gusta caminar y explorar, hay paseos por el campo directamente desde tu puerta.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé. Le jardin et la piscine sont immenses, dans un cadre en pleine forêt, c’est chouette. Barry et Theresa sont extrêmement gentils, agréables et discrets.

Perfect stay

We had a very good stay. After our arrival Barry and Theresa immediatly explained everything to us. The house is very clean and everything you need for your stay is included. We highly recommend this house and we will definitely come back.

L’appartement (rez-de-chaussée de la propriété) est incroyablement calme, il est perdu au millieu des champs, tout se fait en voiture. Les propriétaires sont discrets et très accueillants. La piscine est nettoyée et entretenue tous les jours, elle est très agréable. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour. Merci à Barry et Theresa

Country gite close to Lauzerte and the Chemin de Saint Jacques path.

Lovely gite in a beautiful setting. Had everything we needed for our week’s stay. Barry and Theresa are lovely hosts always on hand if needed. Being walkers themselves they were very helpful when it came to planning hikes in the area. Plenty of places to relax around the pool with views of the garden and countryside. Would definitely recommend this Vrbo and look forward to hopefully visiting again.

Notre séjour dans le gîte "Sous les arbres" a été fort agréable du fait de la magnifique piscine mise à notre disposition et de la proximité de plusieurs sites à visiter.Le gîte se situe au rez-de-chaussée de la maison de nos propriétaires (Theresa et Barry), garantissant une climatisation "naturelle", à défaut d'une forte luminosité.Nous reviendrons bien volontiers si nous repassons dans cette région.

Malgré trois jours de canicule, nous avons passé un excellent séjour « sous les arbres »! L’appartement est très bien aménagé et équipé, nous avons pu y trouver de la fraîcheur pendant les heures les plus chaudes de cette canicule, et profiter d’une superbe piscine idéalement exposée avec une vue magnifique sur la campagne quercynoise !! Barry and Theresa are excellent hosts. The gite was fully prepared for our arrival. There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and blankets. A washing machine was in the bathroom. There was a full cooker and hob and a microwave. There is a fridge freezer and a good coffee machine. Outside there was table and chairs and numerous seating areas around and near the pool. The pool was kept immaculate and cleaned daily. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. Thank you Barry and Theresa

Magnifique

Nous avons passé un Superbe séjour Merci à Theresa et Barry pour leur grand discrétion ainsi que leur disponibilité qui nous ont permis de passer un agréable séjour, Jardin gigantesque tres entretenu magnifique plus jolie que sur les photos ! La piscine est sensationel L hébergement très bien équipé, et reste très frais malgres la chaleur extérieur très appréciable (Commodité à 8 minutes en voiture intermarché pharmacie boulangerie ) Merci encore !

Nature and all

Although we had read the comments from other people we were more than pleasantly surprised with the way Theresa and Barry run the gite. Upon arrival we got a great reception and a tour to show us around. If one is into nature and silence this is the place to be. Everything one could need was available and our hosts were always discretely available (even at dinner time when we ran out of gas for the BBQ). It is a great area for walking and discovering little but very beautiful villages. We are considering to return in a couple of years. Congratz Theresa and Barry and thank you very much for this place "sous les arbres" but which also could be called "heaven on earth"

Fabulous country Gite.

If you're looking for a quiet country property that is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you would need then this is the place for you. Spotlessly clean with high spec furnishings and equipment. Set in beautiful gardens with a fabulous pool for your exclusive use. The owners are on hand for any queries but are discreet allowing you your privacy. Loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

We spent there, in this little piece of paradise, a very good time. Theresa and Barry are nice and very concern about the comfort of their guests. They respect our privacy and are always ready to listen and help if needed. If you need some information on nice walk and visit of market of cities, they have good information to share. Swimming pool is crystal clear and very well cleaned. You have in this little part of the house all you need, nice and clean kitchen with all you need to prepare you meals. Material, chairs and parasols are good. Nice garden and well maintained. Beds could be adapted if needed. Telecom has been adapted during our stay and is working fine, but you don’t go their to fall in multimedia, just to rest and profits of the nature, birds, big and small. We recommend this place. We had their a nice and restful stay. Thank you Theresa and Barry. Take care.
