The condo was very nice however, when looking for something under a bed, we noticed there was a lot of dust as well as a tissue, QTip and a pill. After noticing this under one bed, we checked the other 2 and noticed the same thing. It had not been cleaned. We ended up cleaning it as I have dust allergies. There was also a lot of dust in the bedroom on the Sony Blu-ray disc machine. We were given a 20 Starbucks gift card (we were 3....) There was to be Netflix included but when we tried to locate it, it was unavailable. It was explained to us that they had to switch providers and the current Cogeco box doesn't have a Netflix channel. We tried to mirror/cast but we were not compatible. If it is no longer included, or steps are needed to try and do it through your own phone, then this should be specified in their ad instead of just stating that Netflix is included. Also, both televisions in each of the bedroom were not working. The owners are very nice but in regards, to the dust, they were not very cooperative. They advised that the cleaners do not lift furniture but as I responded, they do not have to lift to sweep under the bed OR clean the Blu-Ray machine. I would like to mention that the condo is very nice, well situated and the view is magnificient. There was also a lot of supplies provided. But the response to our dust issue kind of left a bad taste in our mouth and the 20 gift card for 3 (and I personally don't drink coffee) was almost an insult.
