We offer our apartment in Rouen (Mont Saint Aignan) for seasonal rental.
Come and discover the "city of a hundred bell towers", city of art and history (Gros Horloge, Cathedral, Monet...), as well as the loops of the Seine and their legendary Norman abbeys (Saint Wandrille, Jumièges...).
City center and train station accessible in 10 minutes by two FastLine buses (F2 and F7) with very frequent passages.
Large apartment (145m²) with beautiful spaces and volumes, charm of the old, unobstructed view.
Large very bright living room of more than 50m². Kitchen open to the living room.
6 to 8 beds. A couple's bedroom (15m²), two children's bedrooms (14m² and 12m²), one with bunk beds, the other with two single beds. Sofa bed (double bed) in the living room if needed.
2 shower rooms.

Cleaning fee (mandatory): 60 euros.
Sheet and towel package (mandatory): 20 euros per person.
Rental for 2 nights minimum.
For more than four people: + 20 euros per adult person and + 10 euros per child under 12 years old
